Very good but has some issues, like keeping track of correct time which you cannot verify on the robot or the base. It skipped my early morning vac/mop of the living rm and kitchen 3 days in a row til i enabled and set a do not disturb time period, for midnight to 2am. The only way to attempt to get it to resync time is to unplug and replug in the base. Also you cannot have it mop only - you can vac only but not mop. Vac in quiet mode plus mop works fine tho. I like that you can set it to 2x run right from the scheduling section which roborock did not have. I like that it has 2 side brushes to scoot debris in front of the vac but i'd like to see a wider vac considering the mop is very wide. The mop water does not pick up hair like my roborock qrevo did so it seems like this vac/mop works better than that one did - i have 2 huskies so always plenty of hair. Those issues aside I do like it, but I'm hoping i wont have to reset the thing to sync up on time of day so often. It is ridiculously expensive and I don't like that I'm stuck with buying cleaner fluid refills. With 2 dogs I can still go 2 days before having to empty dirty water and adding new clean water. Surprising for the smaller size of the reservoirs on board the base. Does show their design is definitely an improvement over roborock.

Please note, all the flooring surfaces in my home or other hardwood or tile. I do have a couple of high-end Persian rugs, but they are low pile That said, I could not be happier with this purchase. I tried a few robo vacs and robo vac/mops. This is the only one that worked well for me. It does a better job than my housekeeper does. And, the set up could not have been any easier. I have a large breed dog that loves to play in the mud. While, the Eufy does not give her a bath, it does erase all traces of the muck from my floors while I give her a bath. And for me, that is a huge improvement in my quality of life.

using for 2 months, works like a charm, minimal maintenance pros: definitely cleans well judging by the dirty water after the app much better compared to the shark i used before the mapping feature is amazing - very accurate and doesn't need to bump into everything. it even marks shoes and wires lying around on the map also timely notifications for any minor maintenance/cleaning required, with estimates of when they will be due cons: the clean water tank could be bigger, and could use a better/wider water inlet expensive - i got it with a discount, not sure if i'd buy without one

Works great on my hardwood and tile floors as well as on thinner room carpets. I have a thick pile room carpet that the unit has managed to geton top of but struggles to move. In general it avoids this carpet most every time. Only disapointment really is that it does not seem to be effecient in the way it mops and vacuums. In that sense, it seems to randomly change direction, mop a different area, go in circles then return to finish but ususally completes the job. Just don't understand the logic behind it's algorithim and why it does what it does. Otherwise, floors have never been cleaner. One note is that the top cover got scratched up when it gets stuck under one of the cabinets in the kitchen but that cabinet sits 1/16th lower for some reason and it's not really the fault of the robot.

This robot vac has exceeded my expectations. It cleans well and I like that the mop drys and uses a solution to sanitize the floor. The mapping works better than other vacuums that I have had in the past. The price was hard to accept at first but having this vacuum for over a month I feel it is worth it for what it offers

THIS IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! I have two dogs and the accumulation of dirt/dust requires almost daily use. Mopping doesn’t leave a residue on floors. I was initially apprehensive about the unit due to pricing point, but it makes hardwood floors (only floor type I’ve tested) comfy to walk on without any grit under your feet and does a great job navigating objects.

So far, I am quite pleased with this product. I was able to pick it up on sale and have been happy with it. Setting it up was quite easy and if you are tech savvy, should pose no issues whatsoever. For those that are not, Eufy does a good job of providing plenty of guidance. We found that the cleaning ability of this machine is quite good overall and have been happy with it's performance in our home. We have no carpet with several rugs. We also have several transitions of different elevations due to flooring differencees. The machine navigates all of those things well and manages to clean adequately.

This thing is FANTASTIC! It works wonderfully in my vinyl planking to both vacuum everything and mop to a shine. The mapping and options are by far the best I’ve ever had on any robot vac. 100% recommend!!! This is my second product from Eufy and it won’t be my last. I will never buy another brand of robot vac/mop ever again.

I got this late last year and so far, I've had no issues with it. I'm still surprised at how well it cleans and avoids all the obstacles I have around my house. Also, my dog doesn't mind the robot so that's a plus.

Great robot vacuum/mop. Separate storage tank for waste water keeps the mop clean instead of spreading around dirt. App is easy to use and maps accurately.

I've had this vacuum mop for about a week. So far, it cleans well. The only issue I have is that it is loud! It's not too bad while it's vacuuming but when it goes back to the base, it's super loud while emptying the dust bin.

It's a solid mop with an above average carpet cleaning ability. Most of my main floor is hardwood and travertine, so this S1 Pro does an excellent job maintaining my space. If I had all carpet, I would look elsewhere as there are better options for carpet. However, if you are mainly hardwood/tile with a few low pile rugs. This is not a bad choice.

I am extremely happy with the Eufy S1 Omni Pro. It has made my life so much easier, and I no longer worry about daily cleaning. It takes care of everything—vacuuming, mopping, and self-cleaning—without much effort from my side. The performance is excellent, and the automation is very reliable. Maintenance is minimal, which is a big plus. Overall, it is a great investment and absolutely worth buying for anyone looking for a hassle-free cleaning solution.

I haven't had a working robot vacuum in a few years, so I'm not really familiar with the current tech out there. But I got this one because I have mostly vinyl planking flooring, and two heavy shedding dogs. It doesn't seem have issues keeping up with the dog hair if I run it daily, and does it great job mopping. Though I would consider anything an improvement over having to mop myself. I had issues with it refusing to vacuum under some pieces of furniture, even with safe clearance. It won't clean under two chairs that have 5 inches of clearance in medium mode. Possibly because when first mapping the chairs were much lower, so it automatically marks the area as inaccessible.

Works better than I expected. It does a great job vacuum and cleans the floor of my house. I really recommend this product

For the current price of sub $1000, this older model is still worth it! Even with the newer E28 &27 model coming out next month. It's a fantastic mopper and a decent vaccum, but the obstacle avoidance is pretty. Works for objects that stick up a few inches. It recognized a highlighter marker, but not a flat sock on the floor. Eufy's app is just as good as Roomba or Ecovac.

I have used these robot vac/mops over the past few years and this unit is superior. Floors are cleaner, dirty water bin is evidence of how well it cleans compared to other units. I have a lot of wood floors and this makes sure they are cleaned every day. When it is time for maintenance the little video screen shows you exactly what to do and how to clean the necessary parts. Love that it has a separate floor solution and I don’t have to mix it myself. I also like that the water tank is clear and can see when it needs to be refilled. Just make sure you catch it on sale vs paying full price.

This thing is an absolute game-changer. It's expensive but it's worth it. The battery life is good for roughly one hour of cleaning, which covers about 1,000 sq. ft. at the highest power settings. Then it charges for 30 to 45 minutes before continuing.The mopping feature produces wonderful results. I'm very impressed.

After reading over 1000 posts on Reddit, I finally pulled the trigger and OMG it is worth every single penny y'all. I regret not buying it sooner. I have a mini ZOO at home and this hottie keeps my floor ✨CLEAN✨ all of the time. My pups and kitties aren’t bothered at all!

Incredible! Didn’t think it would work as good as it does and replace traditional sweeping and mopping but WOW this thing rocks! 100% every household should have one if possible!
