Customers regard the S1 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum & Mop highly for its exceptional mopping and mapping capabilities, powerful suction, and smart navigation. Many appreciate its quiet operation, long battery life, and effective obstacle avoidance. However, some find the base station bulky and require more frequent maintenance than expected. The relatively small dustbin is another point of concern for some users.

Ive had this for 2 months and i am so frustrated with the mop feature. Upon reading the reviews, i can see it is a big issue overall. Im constantly getting ERROR messages about water drainage feature being blocked. This is too expensive to be faulty this quick.

There is no doubt the market for vacuum robots is pretty crowded, but I think this one stands out, not only for its looks, but also for its design, its tech, its performance and lastly, its overall package. I have to admit I am a little surprised how well it performed for me as well as how much I have ended up liking it. As for the look, I like it. It is pretty understated. Plain. Minimal. Black (gray). Square. Not too tall. A little bit of flair with some glowing LEDs (on the unit and the base) but done well. Perhaps some are looking for more, but this is perfect for me. Perhaps a little boring, but that is what I like lol. Design-wise, I think this is where it really shines. To start, the “eyes” of this vacuum are probably the best that I have ever used. They call it their “3D MatrixEye Obstacle Avoidance” system, but all that really entails is a rather sophisticated camera system combining Binocular Infrared Imaging, a RBG camera, and LiDar along the front of the unit as well as additional side mounted sensors. Admittedly, I don’t really understand all of this tech other than in simple terms, but all that matters to me is how well it all translated into working very well for me. The mapping was quick and accurate. Beyond that though, it avoids everything in its way. I mean everything. Random things. I wasn’t really expecting that. Lastly, I think the combination of that tech as well as the shorter unit means it can get to more places, and still, it simply just does not bump into things, either random or furniture. The mopping system, which is a roller style self-cleaning mop (more on that later) is on the back end of the unit and has a LED light that indicates when it is in use with the mop down. There are fairly large (given the space) tanks for both clean and dirty water. It is easy to remove and install the dirty water tank for cleaning. As is the removable screen filter on the tank itself. Same for the roller itself. The unit disperses clean water and detergent to the roller while it is also scraping off the dirty water simultaneously as it passes. The debris is caught by the screen filter while the dirty water drains into its tank. Frankly, I am kind of shocked at how well this system works. Not only in itself, but also how well it actually mops. The mop is a nice size, spins quickly, and seems to have enough force. It really cleaned my floors, leaving them seemingly evenly wet, and looking good. Further, since it auto retracts, it never got any of my carpet wet (it can vacuum and mop on the same run). Another nice thing I did not expect but was nice to see. I don’t have the largest spaces to mop in my place, but the dirty water I am seeing in the tanks in a weird way is nice to see. As is the clean mop roller. It all just works. As for vacuuming, it is more or less more of the same. The internal dust bin is a little small, but I have not had any issues to this point, and I don’t think it should be an issue. The are two filters (a mesh and a washable paper). There is an all-rubber roller brush that is easy to remove and clean. Again, here, it just works (there is one thing I will get to later). The suction appears very good, the two side spinning brushes really pull debris to the middle, it gets around my place consistently, and does a good job. As for the rest of the unit itself, there are two easy to see and use buttons for home and start/stop on top. On the bottom of the unit there is a Wi-Fi reset button and status light, an On/Off switch, a QR code for the app download, cliff and carpet sensors and the side-spinning brushes. Under the lid (which is held on by magnets), there are some instructions as well as QR codes for tutorials and the manual. All in all, it is just a nice piece of hardware/tech. As is the dock. Again, i like the look. Perhaps more than the vacuum itself. Plain. Clean. Simple. The slightest LED Tron influences (if anyone gets that reference). It is about what you would expect size wise, and it is a bit tall, which I actually like in use. It makes accessing everything a little easier. Beyond the looks, more importantly, it does everything. Literally. Also, it does it very well. It really pulls this whole system together. It has a an easy to see and use color LCD screen that shows relevant information (charging, status…etc..) and has three buttons that allow for certain controls. The clean water tank is a nice size, so it can go a bit between fills, and it is also clear, so it is easy to see when that time comes. In that tank is the “ozone generator” that creates ozonated water to help to sanitize both the roller and the floor. I can’t really speak to the science here, but it seems a nice add. There is also a spot for the detergent cartridge that automatically premixes with the clean water for the mop. When the vacuum returns, it empties to the dock, and as such, the dock contains the dust bag and a dirty water tank. They are both good sizes and can go a bit before needing emptying. There is a tray that the vacuum sits on while docked, and some debris will collect here. I am assuming it is due to the offloading. Nothing major, but just something to note. The tray itself can be removed and is easy to clean. Lastly, while the mop is self-cleaning on the unit itself, when it returns to the dock it does a more thorough self-cleaning which also includes roller drying. This works well, and the roller comes out looking nearly new. I just can’t say enough about how much I like the entire mopping system. Perhaps this is common in this space, but I just get the feeling that the combination of continuous clean water, removing dirty water, cleaning on unit, and deeper cleaning in dock is just getting my floors clean, rather than moving around dirty water. All said, the dock looks good, is put together well, efficiently uses space, and is easy to use. Briefly, the app is solid. It has everything you would expect here, mapping, logs, multi-floor support, modes, settings, etc… That said, it is a nice user experience, is easy to navigate, looks good, and gives you everything you need. As you can tell, I like just about everything about this setup; however, there are a few things that could be better, or at the very least I need some more time with. First, while the unit gets around great, the mapping is fantastic, and the unit is beyond good at avoidance…it just does not get some “edges” as close as I think it should. Perhaps this is a trade-off for not hitting things, and honestly is not that big of an issue for me, it is something to note. Second, while I really like that there are numerous filters (and they are all easy to access), they are something that will have to be maintained/checked. Given the small size of the mopping one, that one perhaps most. Third, I will have to look into additional bags, filters, detergents, etc…and their associated costs. I know this is the case with every vacuum, but given the premium nature of this unit, it is something to be aware of. Lastly, I will need to see how this holds up over time. Durability, software, customer service. This is clearly an unknown, and perhaps will never be a concern, but I am new a vacuum like this so I will just have to see. Ultimately, I really like this vacuum/mop/system. It is well-built, looks good, performs well, and quite honestly, I think sets itself apart with some of its design choices and features, especially the mopping. It is a premium device, yes, but I feel it delivers premium performance.

I still remember when eufy just started, I got a door security camera, I love how the price of their devices were also reasonable. so I stuck with eufy and even have a new door camera from eufy, until this day I continue to support eufy coz I think they are a pretty good brand overall. now eufy is getting so much more recognition and now they even have this new Eufy S1 Pro vacuum/ combination. and so far I think eufy definitely out did themselves with this amazing product that i think it’s the one to look out for. Design: boy the design of this is sure is spectacular, the color combination is something that im really digging. is one of the best looking robot vacuum I have, goodbye irobot, welcome Eufy S1 Pro. the main vacuum feature eufy latest tech the 3D matrix mapping technology it offer is outstanding, one of the most accurate tracking camera i’ve experienced so far able to track objects on the ground and maps your living space. it can detect if it’s on hard wood floor (which what I have at home) or carpet. it can lift it to 12mm. the docking/ base station design is well thought out. everything is easy to remove from water tank, dirt water tank, solution. and dust bag. the overall design looks like it belongs in the future. features: i’m not very technical when it comes to robot vacuum but Eufy S1 Pro mopping technology is hands down of the best feature this vacuum have, it stay clean while cleaning any spills on the ground. if you grab the vacuum and view the bottom the mop stay clean, it’s spins at 170 RPM. I was surprised how good it cleans itself while mopping at the same time, I have no worries if the vacuum will just smear the dirt it just clean coz wow S1 pro is a whole new beast, again hands down the best robot mopping capability i’ve ever witnessed. irobot mopping vacuum doesn’t even come close to what the Eufy S1 pro can deliver. the docking station is tall I love how its stall it reduce you from bending down to clean your vacuum. on the top you have the ability to press the home button to call the vacuum to return and you can also switch mode from mopping to vacuum right from the docking station so no app needed to use these features. the docking station also features a tiny screen that gives you an update on what current activity the vacuum and the docking station is doing. the screen will show if it’s emptying the dirt. or drying the mop. yes it can dry the mop. Eufy also have a eco clean ozone technology that clean the tap water inside when you fills it up. it suppose to remove up to 99% of bacteria to make sure that your vacuum uses a clean water when it mop (another top notch feature). also once the water tank is remove you’ll see where it also have a chemical solution that automatically mix for mopping, and at the back is the second tank for dirty water. at the bottom of the water tank is the dust bag. remember you will still need to use the app you want to take advantage of all features the Eufy S1 Pro offers. The app is the place where you be able to see your flooring layout. and controlling what you want the vacuum to do and where you want it working at. you also have the ability to set schedule which is always handy. it even have manual on how remove each part through the app. conclusion: Eufy I just want to say I appreciate these new technology you guys are pushing. this robot vacuum is hands down my number one vacuum to use in my house. from the design to its amazing feature this one of those technology that will just get better overtime and I hope eufy continues making this and wondering what kind of features it will have in the future. for me the ease of use is without a doubt why this vacuum rank so high for me right now. plus it looks beautiful just chillin in my kitchen. you guys need this, my irobot will now be at the basement and Eusy S1 Pro is the current king of vacuum/ mopping combo a robot vacuum could ever ask for.

Eufy S1 Pro Omni is an extreme connected little robot. This is one of the most robust vacuums I’ve used thus far. With so many intelligent sensors and mapping, it takes care of all my needs in a very large home. The robot is hyper intelligent with a whole host of features that you wouldn’t believe. First before going on, I want to say the suction is powerful as well. Taking in every little debris around my living room to every single speck of dust on the floors, it is true that it tracks out dirt and dust in every little spot it can. The station is huge but a decent design for your home lifestyle, it doesn’t seem out of place too much. This is the ultimate 10-1 cleaning station. Auto emptying, auto washing, auto refilling, auto heated air drying for the mop, and it can really take a big map of the home layout. The app is easy to use and understand. Eufy S1 Pro is an edge to corner cleaner 8000 pa suction with a 3D camera to avoid large objects, here its intelligent enough to stop before hitting foreign objects to the vacuum. You can also see the water tank and the top have LED controls that are bright and well light in the evening. It cleans in the dark, use some new technology for making the home. The app is amazing giving you the most control over a robot I’ve ever seen. From voice controls to multiple floor mapping, to the advanced features like No-go zones and customizable modes the robot has is somewhat overwhelming. There are features I haven’t even used yet because the basic features are durable enough. It’s literally the perfect robot vacuum with this many features. Even at this price point it’s worth the cash, because all the features make it worth the price. I have never dealt with a robot vacuum this robust and powerful ever in my time of reviewing. If you are tech savvy enough to play around with customization, it’s an instant 5 / 5 stars product.

The EUFY ROBOT VACUUM S1 PRO has placed itself as a top of the line wet and dry vacuum. Setup was not that difficult, because all of the pieces snapped together ending with a click. Downloading the Eufy Clean app gave me complete control over all vacuum and mopping functions. I was able to schedule and customize the S1 Pro cleaning capacity with it. I can also use the base station to change the vacuums functions from vacuum to mopping mode. The EUFY ROBOT VACUUM S1 PRO has a powerful suction that picks up all debris mostly. There are four levels of suction working with the rotating brushes to suck and sweep up all dirt and trash in its path. The vacuum can get a little loud as the suction levels are increased, but the immaculate clean floor will make the noise not important. It maps the home with AI that remembers its past routine. The great mapping feature allows objects to be avoided from collision. Dirt and debris are automatically placed into the self-emptying charging station. Mopping with the S1 Pro is truly satisfying. It uses a mop roller that cleans without leaving any streaks or spots. Hard floors appear crystal clean and its weight applies pressure on the floor to provide better cleaning. Clean water is always used to clean the floors, because the mop roller cleans dirt off of itself as it cleans the floors. This self-washing and drying station to care for the roller mop takes a lot of maintenance from my cleaning tasks. And the dirty water tank only needs cleaning biweekly. There is an optional setting of Eco-Clean Ozone that produces ozone water from ordinary tap water to perform deep cleaning of surfaces and to kill bacteria. The only negative is the money needed to upkeep the S1 Pro. All replacement parts and even the cleaning solution must be purchased from Eufy. Outside of that the EUFY ROBOT VACUUM S1 PRO is the new top of the line vacuum and mop device on the market.

The best Robo Vac I’ve owned

I have had several of the robot vacs by a few other companies. I have had varying success with them from not very good to an almost but not quite. That changes with the Eufy S1 Pro So let me start with what could be the biggest issue for some when it comes to owning one of these. The base station is large which is common with these things but just to give you perspective you will need around 40 to 48” clearance in the front and about 18 inches per side. The reasons for this is to allow the vac to be able to position itself to dock and empty itself. Now on to the good stuff. This is by far the best robo vac I’ve owned. It cleaned really well and is very quiet while doing so. It’s not silent by any means but it’s a low quieter than everything else I’ve had in the past. Others seem to clean in a really randomly with no real patterns even after mapping out your home, this one seems to do straight lines to clean including when mopping. It seems by doing this it actually cleans a lot faster than others. I have several animals and it does a great job of keeping hair off the area rugs. I have no complaints there and it does return to the base regularly to empty itself. The eufy app is easy to use and it’s super easy to setup. You can also set up no go zones so you know it’s not going to mop your area rugs, etc etc. Overall this is a really great robo vac and saves us a ton of time

The eufy S1 Pro cleans better than a dog licking peanut butter off the floor. I am in love with this addition to my home. The tower can be a little too tall, but it does not take up too much space. The difference between this and the other robot vacuum and mop devices is that the mop on this robot it spins and cleans itself as it goes. The tower will keep a clean water bin and a dirty water bin and a removable debris bag. The set up is very simple and setting it up on the app is even easier. The amount of clean water that fits in the reservoir is enough to clean approximately 5,000 sq/ft. Once it is out of water or the dirty water bin is full it will notify you. The first time that it is used it will map out your home by scanning it as it goes into every room, and it is very fast. The robot is very smart and will not run into things. In some cases, it may require it go twice when mopping to leave it nice and clean but if your home is kept up it may only require one time. Make your life simple and add this new gadget to your life.

This is by far the best robo vac I have used. Let's get the one issue I have had out of the way. My dogs water bowl, only the water bowl, the vacuum does not pick up with its sensors. I assume the robot uses a combination of the sonar and camera. Unfortunately, the water bowl is clear. So the robot seems to be missing the identification of the object. Food bowl, no issue. Dog treat, no issue. Water bowl...issue. I fixed this by changing the water bowl. Now my dogs are confused as to where their bowl is. Beyond that one oddity. There is not a flaw with this vacuum. It has object detection second to none, and correctly identified the object. A previous vacuum we had would have issues with the oriental rug in the living room thinking it was going to fall. That unit also had sonar. The Eufy S1 Pro has absolutely no issues with the rug. The low profile is perfect for getting under entertainment centers. It is narrow enough to fit between chair legs, and smart enough to adjust the angle to go between the legs. Being squarish with two edge brushes, it gets it in places round robots cant get. It is surprisingly quiet for a vacuum. But that does not change the fact it picks up everything it should pick up. Even the emptying into the tower is surprisingly quiet. Previous vacuum sounded like a jet taking off. The mop is actually mopping the floor, not just running a pad over a wet floor. We are talking scrubbing and getting dried messes off the floor. There is a rotating brush that scrubs the floor. The system uses a perfect amount of water that the drying time is a couple minutes. Previous mopping vac left enough water you could not enter the room for about 15-20 minutes. Most controls can be done from the base. There is a touch screen that handles the input. When doing the initial map you can set up virtual boundaries in the app as the mapping run is happening. Since it uses sonar it can see a portion of the room before it gets there. This is done very well. The app is called Eufy Clean. It is a very well designed app, but if you already have an Anker or Eufy account, I had some issues getting my account to work initially. Took a little longer than I anticipated, but got squared away without contacting support. I did have to do a password reset to get things working. The initial setup is pretty painless, but I hate instructions that are in hieroglyphics. Supplies seem to be reasonably priced. I am looking forward to them being available in store rather than needing to order online. Overall, this is a fantastic vacuum that does an outstanding job cleaning. It cleans in straight lines and learns as it goes. It can differentiate between carpet and hard floor if it is doing a mopping and vacuuming run. Just a fantastic robot. It is very well done.

I was very excited to get this robovac, as a huge Eufy fan with multiple products of theirs, I expect nothing but the best. So I was impressed with the Eufy robovac once I open it up and removed it from the box, everything else was simple to set up. My home consists primarily of laminate flooring and tile flooring, with a small throw rug in the living room area. So because of the way that my living room and kitchen areas are not leveled because of the sunken living room (which was a pretty stupid design if you ask me) I went into this knowing that I would have to assist the robovac by placing it in the sunken part of the living room. So because I have Eufy products as I mentioned before, I just had to connect everything to my phone which was pretty simple. Now we're off to the races and the one thing that stood out to be when examining the robot, was the fact that it had a roller like one of my favorite mop/vacuums that I love so much! I have a couple of other vacs by other manufacturers, and I pretty much thought they did a great job until now. This is the best robovac I've ever had, because it cleaned up things I never expected it to get like, dried on Kool-Aid from my grandkids, dry coffee stains from my daughter, and some spilled soda from myself! And all the little stuff that was spread out on the floor, this vacuum clean easily! There's a lot of sucking power in his vacuum compared to my other robovacs. I love when the vac docs and dispenses all the dirty water and debris into the vacuum, cleans and dries the roller, and refills the vacuum with the solution mix for the next time it's needed. I also noticed how good the VAC was when avoiding certain obstacles in its way. The one thing that I can say is a negative is how it cleans the little throw rug in my living room. It pretty much cleaned everything on the top of the throw rug, but the dust that was inside the carpet it really didn't get out too good I had to go over it with the vacuum. That really doesn't bother me much because I only have that little small carpet, and for me to use a little bit of vacuuming when the robovac does the hard part I'm ok with that. I can sincerely say that this vac is definitely recommended and worth every last penny of the price!

This review is for the Eufy robot vacuum S1 Pro. This is an all-in-one vacuum and mop robot with self-contained docking station. The easy of use is one of the features I enjoy most about this unit. I have tired other vacuum/mop robots that could only do one at a time and you needed to change out a bin and add a pad if you wanted to mop. And then you would need to set it back up so it could vacuum next. I would always just end up mopping by hand cause I didn’t want to mess with the robot. But the Eufy S1 Pro can mop and vacuum at the same time. Or just do one or the other. The docking station has easy to access water tanks, one for clean water and one for dirty water. Two things that I didn’t care for about this docking station is it takes a special cleaning solution and a vacuum bag. I wish there was just a bin that I could empty with out having to replace anything. That would cost less and be greener. The app is where you will control the unit. And is very easy to use, with loads of features. The first time you setup up the Eufy S1 Pro it will want to map your house. So it will go off on its own exploring all of your rooms. So make sure you have any doors open or closed for where you want it to clean or not. When it is done mapping it tries it best to divide up different. You can easily adjust each room to your liking. This way you can pick what rooms to clean. Have a rug you don’t want it to clean or maybe it’s a shag run and it always gets stuck. You can setup no go zones to keep the robot away from areas you wish. I have mine setup on a schedule to clean when the house is empty on a daily basis. So far it has made it back to its charging station every time but once. It got hung up on a rug. So I made a small no go zone and haven’t had an issue since. I have 3 other robot vacuums and mops that I use for different parts of the house but this Eufy S1 Pro may be my favorite so far.

6 months of use. Replacement parts had to be changed 3 times already each time and extra $100. I use the flex subscription and haven’t received any replacement parts. I had to purchase them myself even tho they are included in the subscription. Even with daily cleaning and maintenance this thing doesn’t clean around carpets, is constantly dirty around its charging port, there will be a 1-2 inch dirt line around your entire house because it doesn’t clean all the way to the walls nor around chairs or kitchen islands. Every where still messes I need to clean up. Such a waste of a product! I am returning it this week. But a robovac that actually cleans In all cracks.!!
