I love the ability to look around. 2k is an amazing quality for a camera, more detail than I need so it really hits the right spots for me. I set 360 on the far side of my house and just replaced the exterior light with it. We live a little packed in with our neighbor and I didn’t want them getting spot lite every time they step out of their door. So, I turned off the sensitivity towards them and increased it to the max on the opposite side and then reduced it to almost minimum in the center, this made it so that it picks up whenever someone is coming towards our house and steps foot onto our driveway. So, suffice it to say that I absolutely love the zone customization of this… For the brightness, it isn’t blinding… but it is extremely bright. I’ve actually appreciated the extra bright light when I pull up after dark and am getting stuff out of the car more than actual security needs so far. The on-board storage is awesome and plenty for what I need it for. Some of the options you can play around with for customization is motion tracking, light brightness, and RSTP streaming (if you want a live stream to your own NAS). You need to power it via USB to set it up initially so if you are like me and don’t read instructions before mounting stuff on the wall… a battery pack will be really useful. Other than that, the installation went smooth. I love the ability to mount it on the wall or on the ceiling. I may end up mounting it on my front porch instead because of its ability to mount to the ceiling. There are two things that could be better, one is not battery backed up, you know this going into it so it wasn’t and shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. The second is the automation between Eufy cameras. I have a few different cameras including the ones that require a home base. If we are playing out front and in and out of the garage the notification goes crazy so I want to switch the security mode to a customized in-and-out mode. However, I can’t do that for the home base cameras and this camera. I need to switch both, it’s not a big deal I just find it slightly annoying. The app has worked extremely well, Alexa integration is smooth for pulling up a live feed of it from the kitchen, and overall, I love this camera.

The agent mounted my floodlight and helped with my doorbell, he was a nice person, he knows his job, he knows the right floodlights that would fit my house.

This is grest camera if you want home surveillance without paying a monthly fee. Setup and installation was very easy.

Floodlight lights up the driveway really well! People are detected well but wont pick up animals that well. A bear walks right through the view but is not recorded even if it does trigger the light to come on.

So far so good, one weird thing is it tracks reflections in my windows sometimes instead of the actual person or car. It does not do this all the time but occasionally.

Gives me the peace of mind I was looking for. A bit of a pain to set up in the app, but we figured it out.

Had this for a while now. I got these to replace Ring cameras because ring only has 1080p. Should have stayed with Ring. Notifications are better with Ring. Playback is better with Ring. Connections are better with Ring. The AI is terrible. Trying to playback video is so slow it’s next to useless. Even with a new SSD in the base station. If you are not worried about playback, alarms, and connectivity try these. Or just be smart and get Ring. I’ve got got 25 years of high level IT experience so it’s not user error. Cameras are segmented on their own WLAN and VLAN with an enterprise level multi AP wireless set up.
