    Awesome device, A+ Some things could be adjusted and it’s not 4k and not compatible with solar panels. But other than nice it’s awesome.

    THis is the worst camera I have ever owned. It never picks up any motion, records half the time, condensation in the housing that makes viewing any video at night worthless. Light will go on, but it will still not record the motion. Basically it is an overpriced flood light. I would steer clear Eufy products.

    good product but there are dificulty with wifi router placement for access. I would rather use an NVR system for a more permanent solution.

    Whats in the box: The light/camera, getting started guide, everything needed to install except a screwdriver. Setup: The getting started guide was very straight and easy to follow. You do need a usb cable and power brick to get started, which was a surprise to me, but it allows you to power up the camera and get it set up on your network and the app prior to installing outside. This setup was easy, as you download the app, create a login, scan the QR code and voila, you're set up. Easy Install: Once you have the camera set up on the app, its time to get it on the wall outside. You can mount it hanging under the overhang, or on the wall. Once you have the old light removed, installation is easy. If you've done any basic electrical work you won't have any problems. There even is an included hook that the camera hangs on until you get the wiring complete and ready to mount. One main bolt goes through the body of the camera into the junction box and you're done. Turn the breaker on and its up and running (see, this is why you set it up inside first) Features: 3 adjustable LED lights, night vision, motion detection and a tilt/pan/zoom camera Use: Very customizable and easy to use through the app. You can adjust motion detection zones and sensitivity, video clip lengths, subject tracking (where the camera automatically follows people or things such as vehicles), floodlight settings (day/dusk, or motion activated) and more. Quality: The video clip quality is great. You can zoom and still see fairly clearly and the night vision is VERY good. Best I've seen on a camera. When the floodlights turn on, it has color night vision, but its not the greatest. The color night vision gets a little washed out, but you can still see clearly. Audio recordings are amazing. I'm very impressed with what the microphone hears and the quality of which it records it. You have the ability to two way talk, but haven't really found a use for that yet. Notifications and video review: You can set up how you want to be notified of activity. I have it set it to send me a push notification with a thumbnail of what it sees. You can then instantly tap on the notification and watch the clip. The video clips are all stored locally on the camera itself with built in 8 gigs of storage (you can set up network or cloud storage if you want, with a fee). There is a calendar view of the events that occurred and you can review the clips, and save them on your phone if you'd like. You can always pull up live view, and remotely pan/tilt/zoom the camera with the 360 degrees of view. Nothing is unwatchable! Overall: I really like this floodlight camera. Easy to install. Easy to use and full of features.

    Cheap, shows its lack of quality after just 4 months For me, good luck turning the camera around in the app anymore. It used to just turn, now, I hit go right, 2 seconds later, jerks right... hit again... 2 seconds passed, jerks right... The housing around the camera itself is not good. Others have posted with moisture inside it. You'd think for a security camera system, the camera itself would be much more cared for.

    I love the eufy brand it has always worker well for my home applications. The door locks inside camers and outside . Iam still building my system thanks to eufy.

    I have not mount the product yet. Best Buy told me their technicians can’t mount it if it’s not just replacement of an old existing camera or outside light. They will also ready to charge me arm and leg even before they will mount it even though I’m total tech member.

    Great for the price. Lights are bright. You can see in the dark. The only thing I dont like about it is you can zoom in to see who it is or what it is.

    I purchased this camera about two weeks ago after my wife was followed home by an aggressive driver. I looked at Nest, Arlo and Ring cameras since I've used them all in the past. While they all have good cameras with good support systems and apps, they still charge you monthly fees to see recorded videos from devices you already bought and paid for. I wanted to get away from that and decided to try this Eufy camera for the first time. Installation wasn't too difficult and pairing to my wi-fi network went without a hitch. The lights were a little difficult to get set properly, but they illuminate a large area and are nice and bright. The app is easy to navigate and view either a live feed or recorded video. You can even use the app to adjust brightness and the color temperature of the light or many other aspects of the camera. You will also get notifications about movement and can quickly access This particular camera comes with enough onboard storage to store about a weeks’ worth of video recordings if you set the camera to record on all motion. You could also set it to only record if people are detected and you will be able to store about two weeks’ worth of video. This is dependent on how busy it is around your home though. This particular camera model also has the option to store recordings to your personal NAS and to the cloud, although the use of cloud storage will result in a need for a storage plan from Eufy. I don’t have it setup yet, but I have a NAS and will attempt to use this feature in the future. This is one of the main reasons I bought this camera vs the others as I didn’t want to keep paying to use a device I already paid for. It uses Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) and I just don’t have that setup on my Ubuntu Server yet. Video quality is pretty good, but when you start to zoom in you start to see a loss of quality even though the camera records in 2K. Other Eufy 4K cameras I’ve seen reviewed online have slightly better video quality when zoomed and I think it may be related to compression. I’m hopeful Eufy can address this in a future firmware update to get a sharper image when zoomed in to see tags and other important details. The thing I really like about this camera is that it moves to follow motion. If a car passes by or if someone walks through your yard the camera will follow them. It’s not perfect and it works better during the day than at night, but it’s nice to have a single camera that can cover such a large area. I really like the camera, but there is room for Eufy to improve it. I’m hopeful they can fix the video compression issue and improve nighttime motion tracking with a firmware update soon. If they can fix the issues through firmware it’s definitely a 5-star camera, but as it stands now I can only give it 4 stars.

    The lights are not flexible to mover around, the camera and text is very slow to let you know someone is in your house, i had people already inside my house then a few minutes later i get a text alert so if its a killer ot will text you once you're dead
