Ordered item and received it the next day. Best Buy always has one of the best shipping processes. As for the camera, I love it. Very easy to set up. Installation was made easy with the included strap so you didn’t need a 2nd person. I love the the ability to pan the camera 360 degrees. I can monitor my entire back yard with just one camera. The flood light is amazingly bright. In fact, I had to reduce the brightness a lot. I paid the full price because I knew it would be worth it but it went on sale almost a month later and Best Buy gladly refunded the price difference. Great product. Great retailer.

The video quality is great. The flood light is great. But the camera is very inconsitant with recordings. Weve had this camera a couple days and have been tweeking the setting since then. My hisband left for work at 2am and the camera didnt record him walking to his vehicle at all. May tweek it a lottle more over the next couple days and if not sstisfied will return it. Installation and set up was super easy though.

I put this over my garage for a light/camera and used the existing wires that my old light fixture was on. Works amazing, gives me the option to control the zones, animals/human, has 360 coverage, covers basically my whole street from both sides and front. Zoom and sound is also good. So far so good.

This Smart Floodlight works better than other Eufy Smart Floodlights in my situation. The setup was easy and Since I now have the S380 base for all my cameras it connected to that base easily. It provided me with light for my back steps that the older Motion only light did not as I had to be about 5' away before that light would come on.

Best exterior camera ever used. The AI detection is spot on every single time and its easy to move the camera around. It follows motion very well and both the night and day modes show everything in detail. The lights are headlight bright and the unit installs well even on a soffit. Wonderful addition to the rest of the Eufy kit.

Ive had other cameras. For a wifi camera i recomened all day long. Good picture , free monitoring using app. U can remote control and move camera around . Set up was surprisingly simple and straightforward. I did not even follow the steps exactly and it still connected to wifi.

Excellent video security system. Very reliable, easy to install and to operate, it gives you a complete piece of mind concerning your safety around your home at any time. Works on wireless networks as well as Ethernet systems.

I love my 2 flood light cameras, now i can see when even a moistqueta or buy flies by. It tells me if its a human or animal thats walking by. I can even speak to them. So yes i love these cameras. Id like to hve one more for the back of my house. I live on 17 acreas. So they are well worth the money.

Camera and audio are great. Thumbnail pics with alerts are great. Lights can be adjusted to multiple angles. Motion sensor range can be adjusted in settings. Motion tracking is a great feature. Great camera and light combo.

This camera is amazing! It will pan the area if something/one has been detected. It will follow the object & record. The quality of the video is wonderful. I paid an electrician to wire mine in, to have constant security without Interruptions.

I am very happy with the choice I made, I bought a second one after a few days. If you are looking for a high-performance camera that is easy to install, this is a good camera.

I was t too sire about eufy, hasn’t heard of the. Before, but I’m a huge fan of no subscription. Once you pay for it, it’s yours. So I got one of the cheaper “fixed” cameras first. Used thst for about 6 months in the front of the house, then moved it to the back and bought this one. Works great, notifications on the phone / iPad about 2-3 seconds after the camera sees it. Tracking is good, and I get very few false alarms. You’re also able to set the activity zone, so you don’t get alerts every time someone is walking by. I have mine set in dusk till dawn mode, so the light runs from dusk till dawn. Ypu can also set it to light up when activity is detected. I highly recommend this and all eufy products. These lights worked so good I got a door bell too

I would have given a five, but one of the five cameras has been intermittent even with a WiFi extender. I love the cameras’ “panning” to the source of motion. The picture and audio quality is excellent.

Works well. Easy to install, catches 99% of activity. Almost catches activity too well as it captures cars driving by outside of the activity zone. Main issue with this camera is the AI with home base is not supported yet.

It work great, clear and high res recording. Light is super brigh but it can be adjust. Great feature. However I couldn’t give this 5* because of the installation process. It wouldn’t connect to wifi if you dont stay within 3-6ft with your router.

It’s really amazing capture videos 360 and notifications and you don’t have to pay any monthly fee but make sure to get warranty for this because the box info say that is it waterproof but it’s kind somewhat try to put a cover on the top, so the water wont hit at the cameras

Best floodlight with camera I’ve seen or used. We love everything about them especially the way the camera moves 360% and the night vision is on point.

It was the Best WiFi security camera I have owned & reviewed until it stopped detecting people and movements consistently. Last year I reviewed a video doorbell by eufy and I was impressed with it. I thought I would be even more impressed with this camera. In the beginning I was but as time went on it failed to detect anything consistently except in test mode. Let me get right to it. It seemed to work perfectly right after I put it up but after a few days I noticed that it didn’t pick up on a couple of deliveries, vehicles or people, and then my garbage collector the next day. My Ring doorbell camera got them all and it’s just a cheap low end one. So I held off posting my review and retested the camera as well as read the other reviews to see if I'm the only one having problems. I did everything I could think of. Reset the camera, reload the app, temporarily moved my WiFi router and tried all the camera's detection settings. End result was that it wasn’t consistent even when I walked right up to it. Sometimes it saw me most of the time it didn’t. It did seem to work a little better the darker it was outside. The sun was behind the camera so I know strong backlighting wasn’t an issue. Camera is mounted 10 feet off the ground. In test mode it would Consistently detect me up to apx 50 feet away. Less on the sides. Changing the distance settings made no difference. Always about 50 feet and closer. Back to normal mode and it was mostly missing me at any distance. Then there’s the WiFi performance and picture quality. (see photos) Looks great on a little screen until you zoom in and it’s very blocky. My eufy doorbell cam is the same camera resolution and it doesn’t do that. It stays clean when you zoom in. (see photos) I noted that the app tells the data rate. It never got higher than 15K whereas the doorbell camera goes as high as 250K! Also it shows only 1 bar for 2.4GHZ WiFi no matter where my router (ASUS AX5400 Dual Band Mesh WiFi 6 Gaming Router with a 500+ mbs fiber internet connection) is located. It also has started randomly losing WiFi connection now. The eufy doorbell cam is connected to a “base box” that came with it and hard wired to the router. I tried to see if I could connect this camera to it but it appears I cannot. I never got it to work with Alexa either. Eufy doorbell camera works perfectly with Alexa. This camera seems to work great for other reviewers. Do I have a defective camera? I would be happy to review another if eufy wants to exchange it. What I do like about it: Pan & scan, tunable LED lighting (color temperature), build quality seems very good. The flood lights & IR illumination work great. Great coverage with the floodlights. I like the app. It’s easy to use and navigate. Works with multiple cameras and has plenty of options. Mounting and Connection: The product is well packed and comes with the necessary hardware to mount it to an electrical junction box. This is good if you are going to mount it where there are already existing flood lights under an eve or a wall mounted light. If you do that to switched lights, you will of course, have to leave the switch on all the time for the thing to work as intended. Could be a problem if you have one switch that turns on more than on light or set of lights. You may need to hire an electrician to install this product. Especially if you need wire to power run to it. If you can do it yourself but you don’t have an existing junction box to install it to by replacing an existing flood light or wall light, then I highly advise that you use a weatherproof junction box to mount it to. See photos. They come in plastic and metal. Also take care to seal up any place where water ingress is possible. The instructions are pretty easy to follow for mounting to a junction box. Setup is pretty easy and straightforward. You can use the USB port to power it and set it up before you mount it or via WiFi after the fact. Since I already have a eufy doorbell cam setup this part was easy for me. Just click add device and follow directions. I love this camera. The installation was surprisingly easy and it works great. I love all the options it has to customize motion detection. The footage is clear and app is easy to use.

Just buy it! Eufy is amazing. You get alerts super fast, camera tracks movement. The ease of the app is awesome . If you have any other eufy products its a no brainer.
