Despite registering the product and uploading the receipt customer support requires you to send this info again (strike 1). After going through troubleshooting etc the customer service rep said a replacement panel would be sent and took my name address etc. 2 months have gone by and nothing (strike 2). Eufy followed up with me to close the ticket - I explained where we are with this. Now they want me to start over (strike 3). I escalated the case and the manager is saying they have no record. Again, they followed up with me and have the ticket #. (Strike 4) . Maybe you get lucky and do not have a problem. If you have a problem, this is the level of support you might expect. Choose wisely.

I also own a Eufy 2K Floodlight cam and a 2K Outdoor Cam Pro. They are all wired products and I haven't had not one problem with any of them. Purchased the S340 solar 360 degree camera for my driveway as a black friday special on November 17th. It hasn't worked for one full day since installation. I usually don't purchase the extended warranty...I did this time just because it's wireless and battery operated and didn't know what to expect. Been back and forth with Eufy trying to get it working like it should. I've tried it in several locations around my house. I used a wifi meter before each installation to make sure signal was strong. For some reason camera doesn't respond to the app it just keeps loading. Sometimes it says its offline other times it just freezes. The solar panel works great and keeps the camera in the high 90's as far as battery percentages go. When its not connected it still records, but you can't retrieve your recordings until it's up and working again. Im giving Eufy one more day to get this figured out. I will update this review when Eufy and I settle this. Stay tuned...
