    Amazing product, the 360 view is so helpful. There is no subscription needed but i do recommend you get the homebase

    Hot garbage! First, it doesn’t move around unless you control it. It just holds in one position. And that’s when Eufys app works. New update is awful. Crashes often and playback on my cameras is choppy and slow. And that’s when they aren’t disconnecting. I have 5 year old Wyze Cams that do better even with their awful interface. Just buy some reolink. It’s so much better. I’m so done with Eufy

    I had high hopes for this solar-powered security camera, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The solar panel stopped working after just a few months, rendering the “solar-powered” feature completely useless. You’d think this would be a simple fix, but customer service turned it into an absolute nightmare. It took multiple emails and long wait times just to get a response, and when I finally did, I was met with scripted replies, zero accountability, and an unwillingness to resolve something as trivial as a defective solar panel. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a basic level of support. Bottom line: if you’re counting on this product to perform as advertised—or on the company to stand behind it when it doesn’t—look elsewhere. I regret the purchase and won’t be recommending it to anyone.

    Slow and glitching freezing a lot and it’s close to the WiFi. Gos off on my dogs and it’s only set to humans.

    The solar panel is very bad.

    This security camera has a very good resolution and the tracking of people is excellent. but the solar panel is very bad. Change the camera about 3 or 4 times in the warranty and it was always damaged again in periods of 7 to 8 months.

    I thought I would like this camera. So much so that I purchased the homebase 3, 3 s220 outdoor solar camera's, Security Floodlight Camera E30, eufy Smart Display E10 and the eufy Security E340 Video Doorbell. So as you can see I was really planning on keeping this setup for many years, but there are to many false positives. To Eufys credit they did refund to me the full purchase price on the e30 floodlight camera which I dubed the mothman camera in an Amazon review. Stay away from these products, unless you like getting woke up at 3am for a moth this camera thinks is a person. Also I tried all the sugestions that Eufy tec support offered.

    Its a great device when able to charge on sunnier days. Unfortunately, in live in an area that gets a lot of overcast during the winter. Even if it seems bright enough, we dont get enough sunlight for the camera to charge. The battery drains fast depending on certain settings. We had to tone down the sensitivity, and now we have a difficult time getting it to detect humans adequately. Great when it works, disappointing due to the above factors.

    Best camera I’ve ever have the free service is great but the plans are cheap and get better too app works perfect
