Works well with Homekit. Only wish it had shortcuts to disable alerts for a period - though they are available through the app. I would prefer they were able to be controlled through other methods, or even all cameras at once.

For example, if i get a notification and try to view the camera on my phone, 1/2 of the time i will get a symbol like a ticking clock showing that its trying to connect, and then i get an error massage saying something like: Error -3, error -4, or error 302, or error 404, while it will also say: "try again". But when it works, it works well. Also, if you keep trying to connect, it will after about 3 tries. So, it does work, but not quickly when you might need it to. My internet speed is pretty good at 200 . And some of my cameras are not far from base station but still have the same issue. Also, my wall is not that thick or heavy. This system has all the features ive been looking for, including a tamper prevention alarm, but Eufy needs to make a far more responsive camera.

Needs better app development sometimes glitchy , but it’s getting there it seems. Long battery life between charges. Could be number one in wireless systems but we will see in the long run.

Great quality and the battery lasts a really long time (10 - 12 months depending on the power settings). Very easy to setup.

In regards to the issue of motion detection, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Set the “Motion detection” to be “All motions” and adjust the “Detection sensitivity” to the highest.
2. Delete the activity zone if it has been set up. Steps:side menu>my devices>motion detection>activity zone.
3. A picture to show the position where you want to trigger the camera
4. The exact time point when the camera missed to capture the movement. Such as November at 19:05.
5. Please download any video from the app and send it to us.
As for the issue of the app loading, please try the following steps:
1. Delete the app and install it again.
2. Try it in a different network environment or try the app on a different phone if possible.
