Outstanding. All Eufy products I’ve put into service so far have been excellent. They take an “Apple” style of design and functionality… robust and simple, with broad capability. This lock has given our family much more freedom than before. Battery lasts respectably. I’m hooked on eufy products.

Very durable finger scaning doorbell. It allow you and family members to scan record your fingerprint for entry access. It send a picture ro your phone of who is at your door, when a package has been delivered or picked up. It also had keys for entry in the event the battery dies.

Great items. I had this item for a year. Never had to use the key. Just the code or my fingers print.to unlock and lock the door. I can check the app. To see if I locked the door before I go to bed. If I forgot I could lock it from my bed or even if I'm out of town. I love this door lock.

Made my life so easy!! I travel for work a lot and I have dog sitter coming to my place constantly; I can easily track each time door opens and close and I can easily give access or disable access! It’s so convenient and also it was easy to install and work with the app!

Very easy to install, I love the new features of the fingerprint and setting it to a name. I can now see who locked or unlocked the door by there fingerprint usage. Just a nice feeling when away showing who is using the door. The audio when locking and unlocking real nice since this lock is very quiet !!! Another plus. Great buy

Overall nice smart lock for the money. This lock enables you to lock/unlock in multiple ways, which is a plus. You can unlock by using your fingerprint, keypad, or physical key. Initially, the lock would go offline, but it eventually fixed itself. I've had this smart lock over a year now and so far works well. The only thing I wish I had waited a little bit since Eufy now has a smart lock with video camera.

Best Smartlock out there! Install was super simple and took only about 30 minutes. Love the Autolock feature but would advise disabling if you are going to be doing alot of in and out. I bought this for our cabin and when I was loading stuff in the car I kept opening and closing door multiple times and it did throw off the calibration. Was an easy fix by just recalibrating lock.

So this thing its just perfect for me. I have me and my wife with different passwords and our finger print work just perfect. I dont even need to jave my keys to go kn amd out so that’s perfect for me. Sometimes will leave the house close the door and forgot to lock it. Well you can even set the time tou want it to lock and you get a notification when its lock or even when unlock by some one.

Love this lock and how easy it is to use & manage. You will have to charge the battery for about 3 hours prior to using, but other than that, the installation was super easy. This lock has been a blessing to my short term rental company, allowing guests to enter properties without having to meet them with a key. Also saves me from having to re-key/ spend money getting keys made as a result of guest losing keys. Just set a code for them and save money and time!
