    It’s fine, decided to go with something else

    The picture quality is passable, connection seems stable and consistent. Panning is a nice feature and works well. I was very surprised to discover that you cannot rotate the image 180 degrees. Mounting the camera upside down is essential for us, so it didn’t work in our case. Frankly, I’m very unimpressed that this very basic feature is not available.

    A big miss and bad customer servicd

    We got the Eufy because we wanted something stand alone and easy for our parents and nanny to use. The night mode didn’t work, I’m guessing because the infrared light on the camera wouldn’t turn on. I contacted Eufy and they said I needed to update the latest firmware on the monitor and the camera. I was able to do that on the monitor but not the camera. They tried to troubleshoot the issue but finally they’re asking me to do the update from a PC instead of my Mac. I don’t have a PC and either way I’ve done way too much troubleshooting for something that should have just worked right out of the box. Eufy has been a nightmare to work with and they don’t understand the urgency of having a baby monitor that works.

      -Default the settings of the monitor.
      -Make sure you have chosen the ""auto"" mode for the night vision.
      -Delete the camera to see if there is a problem with the monitor screen.

    Not worth the money

    Eufy as a company does not stand by its products! If your product is under a year and it fails due to a manufacturer defect they will not replace your item they will send you a refurbished used item that looks like it came out of the Goodwill bargain bin and send it to you and that is all they will do for you! We bought a Spaceview S $200 camera for our baby daughter less than 3 months of use but we have had it for 6 months and the microphone gave out! Never again will I spend my $ on this useless company again.

    Wrong Model

    Haven't tried the monitor yet but Best Buy is advertising this as a Eufy Spaceview which includes a crib mount and they're actually sending the Eufy Spaceview PRO which does not include a crib mount. So just beware that if you're looking for the non-pro version, you won't get it here. Oh and if you try to exchange it since it's the incorrect model they won't help you with that either!
