    Great product. We use Google home and Apple HomeKit. I would like to have all under Apple HomeKit, however this device isn’t compatible with HomeKit like other Eufy products we use.

    I returned a Ring doorbell for this Eufy after learning I won’t have to pay monthly. My current doorbell required a monthly fee-and is unusable without it. I’m glad this will save me some money in the long run. The Chesapeake store made the return process so simple and efficient. I’m pleased with the product and the store staff.

    Excellent quality camera and very easy to setup. There was a 3-5 seconds delay on the video capture. Overall i am happy with the doorbell camera.

    Great camera but the interaction it’s not good , it’s one if those that when you want to interact with the person on the other side it never upload, it’s very slow, other than that picture quality it’s good, sound is good when you get to connect

    I have two separate entrances to the front of the house. Between the two of these, there’s plenty of coverage for the whole front of my house. The quality is superb and definitely worth the price.

    Wonderful video doorbell. Works very well. A little sensitive though. It picks up a lot of things other than people or animals. It gets set off by any slight movement of my outdoor ceiling fan and the covers on my porch furniture. This only happens if it is windy though. It gets annoying getting alerts all the time but I would rather get alerts than not.

    Easy to install. Easy to program. Great package and instructions. Connected to the base in a few seconds and was up and running quickly. Quick release to pull off and recharges via USB-C

    This is the WORST doorbell camera I’ve ever had! Connectivity issues is the biggest issue. The SD card included with the camera was not recognized by th camera. I had to buy a new one. Eufy customer service did not help. Also, the camera quality is not the best even though it alleges 2k quality. The Eufy’s app is not acceptable and barely usable. It also runs ads which allows the service to be free. There’s a reason Ring and others are number one on the market.
