    Easy to install. Easy to program. Great package and instructions. Connected to the base in a few seconds and was up and running quickly. Quick release to pull off and recharges via USB-C

    Nice camera door bell that connects to your Alexa devices and also connects to your phone so when someone rings your door bell your phone will get notified and you don’t have to pay a monthly subscription because you can plug a sd card in that connects to the app.

    I've been considering a video doorbell for awhile now. My biggest complaint is I am so tired of everybody wanting you to subscribe to their service. This eliminates that frustration 100%. You can probably subscribe to something but it's not pushed in you or required. I love this for that reason alone.

    Very poor experience. Seems like it takes too processing power to write to the sd card, so much so that live feeds will not even pull up. Love their other cameras so got the two camera doorbell and having a much better experience.

    The main reason we got this one is because it does not have any sneaky subscription services like the others. Just a great camera doorbell, no subscriptions needed to use.

    Doorbell camera video and audio quality is awesome, it’s capture good quality video from far distance and covers more than 100 ft distance.

    We wen t Eufy because we did not want to pay a monthly fee for use as many other camera doorbells seem to have. It has worked well and does what we expected.

    The doorbell seems to work properly, and the supported app worked for a few hours. After a while, the app continued to crash to the point that I could not keep it open long enough to view events or see live footage at the door. Go to the Google Play Store and notice almost all recent app reviews are negative. Positive reviews are a few years old. Maybe an unresolved app update is the problem? Either way, I am disappointed, and Best Buy should consider the impact of associating their name brand with Eufy.

    Too complicated. Some parts broke off. Skip this one. I gave 1 star bc the actual doorbell does not function physically as a unit. I tried to put it up and it snapped and then I couldn’t get back to the part with the battery and micro sd so I could change it.

    I thought I was upgrading my Blink camera by purchasing this one. It did not work properly from the start, but I thought it might just be me. However, the longer I kept it the worse it got. I had a delivery person ring the door bell and knock on my door and the camera never picked them up. It would only record maybe twice a day and there is a lot of traffic where I live.

    Went offline and couldn’t recover

    Camera worked fine for a few weeks then went offline and could not get it to connect to WiFi , after a few hours of trying gave up and looked at reviews, seems like this is an issue that various people have encountered with no solution
