Nice camera door bell that connects to your Alexa devices and also connects to your phone so when someone rings your door bell your phone will get notified and you don’t have to pay a monthly subscription because you can plug a sd card in that connects to the app.

I first researched video doorbells.
I chose the Eufy C31 because it could be used with our existing mechanical doorbell chime.
I do not want an electronic/digital chime.
I followed all instructions to replace our basic doorbell button with the Eufy C31; first, upgrading the mechanical chime's transformer to one with proper specs.
The old doorbell mechanical chime still worked.
I replaced the doorbell button with the camera. I followed all instructions in the app. The Eufy no longer chimed, but our mechanical chime would not trigger, either.
After 3 days with Eufy customer support, their solution was that I needed to buy the Eufy chime add-on... $40.
They actually told me that C31 does NOT work with mechanical chimes.
I'm not sure if there is simply a problem with the C31's software or a problem with the app software setting up the C31... at the very least, customer service is lacking.
I've returned the Eufy C31.
Another brand video doorbell is now installed and working with my mechanical chime.

Very poor experience. Seems like it takes too processing power to write to the sd card, so much so that live feeds will not even pull up. Love their other cameras so got the two camera doorbell and having a much better experience.

I have experienced persistent issues with this doorbell since it was installed. First, It does not record any motion activities and now it’s not only that it’s also displaying a network connection error.I talked to Eufy, and they said Best Buy is NOT a authorized seller, so I won’t be able to get a replacement.

The doorbell seems to work properly, and the supported app worked for a few hours. After a while, the app continued to crash to the point that I could not keep it open long enough to view events or see live footage at the door. Go to the Google Play Store and notice almost all recent app reviews are negative. Positive reviews are a few years old. Maybe an unresolved app update is the problem? Either way, I am disappointed, and Best Buy should consider the impact of associating their name brand with Eufy.
