I’ve owned a few robot vacuums and I will say this is the best! It mops better than I could ever with its rotating mop heads. It’s smart, navigates very well, and will take pictures of obstacles and give you notifications of what’s in the way and go around them. So far, I absolutely love it. I’m going to purchase another when it goes on sale so I can have one on each end of the house.

So far, I love it. It mapped pretty quickly and I can set it to clean everyday. I have pets and its works great at vacuuming all the fur. It does fairly well at avoiding objects on the floor, but if it does get stuck, I do get a notification and can see on the map where it is. I like that I can set areas to avoid. I have tile floors with no rugs, so I can’t say how good it is on other flooring. I do have the settings set on the max and the battery life does run low, but it returns to the base to charge and will finish it’s task once it has enough charge to do so. Overall, I love this vacuum and it has save me a ton of time keeping the floors clean.

Love this vacuum and mop combo! It quickly mapped my entire house and both functions work amazingly. I have had other products for years and they did not perform this well. The mop is fantastic if you have a lot of hard surface. And the various settings make it easy to have it spend more time in one area than another based on need. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with it.

I really like this vacuum. It mops and vacuums which makes my life so much easier and cleaner. It’s great that the mop heads are self cleaning. And I also like that it self empties both the mop and the vacuum. I have noticed like a couple other vacuums that after only a short time the battery seems to not last as long. I haven’t even had this a year and it seems to take longer to vacuum the whole area because it needs to recharge more frequently. I still love it but I wish it would last as long as it did when I first got it.

The robot was very easy to setup and cleaned the house spot clean. This was my first cleaning robot and it left the house spotless. I think the only problem I had was getting it to clean another floor. You need to disable some settings in the app so it doesn’t look for a station to refill after 30 mins. Otherwise it works great and keeps everything clean.

I was on the fence about whether or not it was worth going for this product, but I’ve been so happy! The mapping was accurate, and it’s been so nice to have different zones with different pre-set routines. I love not having to sweep or mop as part of my weekly cleanings. It’s also nice to have the sensors that can easily avoid forgotten floor items like toys, laundry, recycling items, etc. The app is a little clunky, but still easy enough to use for initial room mapping and routine establishment.

I’ve never had a robot vacuum before and was skeptical it would do the job like my upright vacuum. I was very surprised how well it moves from my vinyl floor to carpeting and doesn’t get stuck. The suction is also great

Works great, love the dual mop and sweep feature. It is a little bit loud when emptying into the dust bin but overall not too loud when running.

I’ve been using the eufy X10 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum & Mop for a while now, and it has made a noticeable difference in keeping my home clean with almost no effort on my end. Suction is great, picks up all kind of dirt from the floor and the mop pads make the floor look cleaner. The best part is it's self washing and self drying systems that makes it completely hands free. Few things to keep in mind is the accurate mapping of the cleaning area, the space to keep the machine and the time taken for the cycles. Certain cycles are longer than others and the app is pretty easier and user friendly to choose as per your requirement.

I run this beast every few days just to keep things tidy, but let’s be honest — it goes into overdrive right before my girlfriend comes over. And you know what? It never lets me down. The eufy X10 Pro Omni is a straight-up killer. It vacuums, it mops, it empties itself, washes itself, and even dries itself. I don’t even have to think about it — it just does the job, and does it well. Floors look showroom clean, and I barely lift a finger. This thing has become my go-to recommendation for anyone who’s tired of cleaning (aka everyone I know).

My wife really loves this robot! She has tried other good brands, but this is the best! Great suction, the mop pads are great too, and the app is easy to use. You can set up more than one map and have many customizable cleaning modes. This is an excellent product!

For vacuuming, this unit is pretty good. It does get the majority of the dust and trash on the floor, the self cleaning brush (it cuts hairs that it collects) is decent, it isn't anywhere near perfect but you won't have to clean it every time. the bag in the base unit is very useful since it will return and empty itself out. The mopping part is great, it doesn't wet my carpets and it will clean the floor (make sure to get some floor cleaner to mix with the water). My Biggest issues with it are that: 1)the water container is a bit small for the amount it consumes per use, I usually have to add water after 2 uses (this might vary depending on your floor size). 2) the wifi connection isn't the best so that will cause a multi of issues since the only way to easily control it is with the app. I have had to reset and connect mine 2-3 times and I have only had the unit a month or so.

I bought this after our last robot vacuum ran over a pile of poop and dragged it ALL OVER MY HOUSE. Let’s just say it was a CRAPPY situation and my dog was in the dog house for a bit. This vacuum sees things and doesn’t run over them so no more underwear stuck in it too. The mopping feature is great and we don’t have to mop anymore

The robot has an excellent mopping features and ok vacuum suction (needs a little more suction power). The vacuum really doesn't do all that great on the 1st past but if you program it on 2 passes it usually picks up what it left behind. I still haven't got it to take pictures of the obstacles and send it to my phone. I would really love that feature if i could figure it out? But it is all around good Robot vacuum for the price of $400 on sale. I don't think I would pay anymore for it.

I got this robot vacuum and mop to basically buy back time for myself from having to vacuum and mop everyday. After getting a new golden retriever puppy I was unable to keep up with daily cleaning due to the dog shedding. When a friend who has a husky told me to look into a robot vacuum, I did just that. I watched YouTube videos, I looked at reviews and ran into a website dedicated to reviewing all different type of robot vacuum brands and this one was at the top of the list. The self cleaning feature, the added mopping capabilities on top of the vacuum, the app to set schedules etc, it checked all the boxes. I run this thing twice a day and just do it myself maybe once on the weekends to get the hard to reach places. This purchase was sure an investment well made and has definitely given me time back to my already busy day.

I recently purchased the Eufy X10 Pro, and I have to say, it’s a fantastic product! The vacuum does exactly what it promises – it seamlessly vacuums and mops my floors, leaving them spotless. The multi-level sensing is nice, buy using the APP, as it easily transitions between different floor with sense supported settings. Plus, the various control options make it easy to customize how I want it to clean. The self-washing and self-drying features are game-changers. I no longer have to worry about manually cleaning the mop – it takes care of everything on its own, which is a huge time-saver. however he does need some maintenance after a couple clean, mostly you need to take care of the brush. I also want to highlight the excellent shipping service from Best Buy. The product arrived promptly, well-packaged.

Was working great, it is not now sucking up water or coone ting to the internet. Aside from that. I have a huge down stair with tile floor, with a family of 8 and 5 dogs! I love this machine it does a great job! Deign flaws that could drastically improve this model, automatic dust bin emptying. Better eqla for water, sometimes my dust bin get damp. Have the product come with small bittoenof cleaning solution and two sets of pads. A better solution in cleaning the the mop cleaning tray. I am sure there is a higher model that solves this but this one is already pricy. It does work and require maintenance to make sure it’s running efficiently. Also, you have to wash the pads before using them because the machine says it dries them, but they always smell but for me the bit of maintenance I do in between each day keeps my floors, clean hair and dust free.
