I’ve had my Eufy since July of 2025 and I was skeptical at first with the quality of the cleaning work, specially when I have 3 dogs. Eufy hands down has helped so much. It runs every night as scheduled and as it vacuums it mops. So much easier to maintain the floors cleaned. The eufy Vacuum does required maintenance and the app will let you know what part and when, so as long as you maintain it then it will run smoothly. Definitely a game changer investment.

Does its job, fast. It does a much better job at mopping than I anticipated judging from what I find in the dirty water reservoir. The obstacle avoidance technology on this vac is excellent. The 1st floor of my house (where the vac does its job) is about 1500 sqft, and it gets the job done, vac and mop, in about 2hrs. I am very satisfied with the level of cleaning since I have a dog and a cat. This is a must have for pet owners. Two downside, just to put it out there, I wish the software was a bit more polished and more in real time. I find there is a delay between the robot is cleaning and where the robot is shown in the map. The other thing, maybe I just haven't found this in the app but, the app indicates fresh water level but not the level of the dirty water. Would be nice to know how much dirty water is in the brown water tank.

I tried the Ecovac T10 and iRobot J7+. The Ecovac ran into walls and the mapping was really hard to use. The J7+ was great for pet hair because the brushes are rubber and the hair doesn’t wrap around them as much. But it got stuck and did not work well in the dark. The Eufy was everything I wanted it to be except that at almost 60 days I got a wheel module error and could not figure out why. I did have to clean the brush everyday because the pet hair would wrap up and plug it up. The brush detangler was useless for me. But I have two long hair dogs. The mopping was the best. The app and the mapping was really easy to use. Compared to other vacs, this model was less expensive with great features. Customer service was pretty good. But they did not work fast enough for me. I ended up taking my vac back to BestBuy.

I’ve daydreamed about a floor cleaner for many years. I live on a farm and have two dogs that go in and out. I didn’t know if one would work for the heavy lift here. I knew I wanted something that would self empty and could hold a lot. I’m pretty sure I could build myself out of a flood zone if I just threw the daily dirt back into the yard. I watched some reviews and decided this was the one. I patiently waited for a sale and it happened. The first day I had it clean three times. The second day twice. After that once per day. Even all my sweeping wasn’t doing as good of a job as this does. It pleases me to walk barefoot across the floor and it’s completely clean and sand free. No regrets! I’d buy this again in a heart beat. I liked it can lift for area rugs. It switches seamlessly between mop and vacuum. It’s quiet. Most importantly though my floors are clean and I have time to do something else.

This is my 3rd smart vacuum and first experience with a EUFY - Very pleased!!! I love the water reservoir - its huge! Its super smart too and keeps you on track for cleaning and replacing parts when needed...its has multiple schedule settings, water use settings, suction settings - Its cool. This is my first floor robot that has lidar for home mapping. So far after a month of use it has performed as close to flawlessly as possible. The mopping function is top notch and keeps our floors very clean. The AI does a fantastic job of avoiding objects that will cause problems while cleaning, such as cords wires and fabric. The self cleaning features are very good and to app does a great job of letting you know if anything on the base needs to be addressed. If you use a floor cleaner, like the Eufy floor cleaner, you can go a few days before emptying the dirty water tank. If you choose to use water only I would definitely try to empty it everyday as the water can start to stink pretty quickly. As far as negatives go, I wish the tanks were a bit bigger, but it's not a big deal. I can get around 3 cleanings before I need to add water and change out the dirty tank. I haven't had to replace the vacuum bag yet, after daily use for a month or so.

Why are companies wasting time and resources making the AI equivalent of C-3PO? What we all wanted and all really need is R2-D2: small, unobtrusive, gets stuff done that we need done. The Eufy sweeps and mops and doesn’t try to be an insufferable expert on everything. Come on AI, we just want robots who clean up and make life easier. I am laying in bed relaxing while the Eufy cleans up. What else can they automate so we can kick back and relax?

Excellent purchase. I looked through tons of vacuums before purchasing this. Watched videos and almost pulled the trigger on a few other large name competitors. Eventually decided to go with this because of the reviews and the features it has. So glad I went with this one. It Keeps my 1600 sq ft floors clean! Love the schedule feature and it’s very good at avoiding objects.

I’ve had this robot vacuum and mop for about 4 weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s an upgrade from what I had before. The biggest improvement for me is the mopping — the spinning mop heads make a huge difference and clean so much better than my old setup. The mapping technology is also a step up. It’s very accurate, and I love how the app lets you add where your furniture is, set up no-go zones, and easily configure different cleaning preferences. The app isn’t flashy or overly designed, but honestly, that’s a plus for me — it’s straightforward, easy to use, and does exactly what I need. This robot comes with a ton of great features, and I’ve been very pleased with my purchase. It’s efficient, reliable, and makes keeping the floors clean so much easier. If you’re on the fence, I’d say it’s definitely worth it!

The vacuum cleaner cleans well without much noise, I really recommend it.

I use my eufy X10 five days a week while I'm at work. It mops and vacuums my floor, early getting hung up on an item. I put two cap fulls of Fabuloso in the mop water and my floors look and smell great!

’ve been using the Eufy robot vacuum/mop, and it’s been a great time-saver. It cleans hardwood and tile floors really well, leaving them shiny and dust-free. The app makes scheduling and setting cleaning zones super easy, and I like that the mop lifts automatically on carpets. However, it struggles a bit with deep carpet cleaning, and the base station takes up some space. Maintenance isn’t completely hands-free either—you still need to empty and rinse parts occasionally. Overall, it’s reliable, convenient, and perfect for keeping floors clean with minimal effort.

Easy set to set up and it works amazingly. I love how easy it was to map the house.

It has been quite a upgrade to the Irobot I have had for years. Not one issue with it. Love the fact it mops and vacuums. Dirty water needs to be emptied regularly if you have it on a schedule, otherwise it's like finding the pyrex lunch bowl you left in the back of the car for a week.

I’ve owned a few robot vacuums and I will say this is the best! It mops better than I could ever with its rotating mop heads. It’s smart, navigates very well, and will take pictures of obstacles and give you notifications of what’s in the way and go around them. So far, I absolutely love it. I’m going to purchase another when it goes on sale so I can have one on each end of the house.

This item was very easy to set up and is extremely quiet.
