Was working great, it is not now sucking up water or coone ting to the internet. Aside from that. I have a huge down stair with tile floor, with a family of 8 and 5 dogs! I love this machine it does a great job! Deign flaws that could drastically improve this model, automatic dust bin emptying. Better eqla for water, sometimes my dust bin get damp. Have the product come with small bittoenof cleaning solution and two sets of pads. A better solution in cleaning the the mop cleaning tray. I am sure there is a higher model that solves this but this one is already pricy. It does work and require maintenance to make sure it’s running efficiently. Also, you have to wash the pads before using them because the machine says it dries them, but they always smell but for me the bit of maintenance I do in between each day keeps my floors, clean hair and dust free.

This is currently the best value robot vacuum on the market. I previously had the Roborock Q Revo but returned it for this model, and I'm glad I did. It works exceptionally well, with excellent obstacle avoidance and great suction power. It also does a fantastic job mopping and keeping the house clean. Overall, I have no complaints. I can't imagine not having this vacuum.

Fantastic vacuum combination. I have a German shepherd and a husky. Both shed to no end. The first initial vacuum was a little rough since I didn’t vacuum the house prior. Now going forward a few weeks, I don’t have anymore hair tumble weeds. Obviously doesn’t get everything 100% such as tight inner areas that it can’t reach. Overall it eliminates me having to vacuum the house twice a week and down to about once every two weeks just to deep clean certain areas. The mop feature is good on smooth floors, such as vinyl, hardwood and flat tiles. If the tiles are porous with dimples and you have slobs of dogs that run in the mud, it does an OK job but you still have to mop those tiles. On flat surfaces, all my floors are clean everyday! The vacuum does a good job on my large area rug but doesn’t deep clean the fine hair fibers stuck in there. You’ll still have to bring out a large vacuum for that but I don’t have any clumps. Maintenance is easy but the water canisters are small so I have to refill every 3 days. The dirty water smells rancid but i guess it tells me it’s doing its job. Overall im happy with the purchase. I have two of them. One for downstairs and one for upstairs. The price point is a little high but for the amount of free time I have to upkeep the house, definitely worth the investment.

Just got this, it automatically mapped out the house, each room, carpet or hardwood then cleaned. It avoids objects amazingly and is wat better than what i expected. Highlg recommend

Work great! Keeps floors clean between using a stand up vacuum. Only use a regular vacuum to get in places Eufy can’t go. Wife is happy so I’m happy!

Awesome machine, good footprint in size, cleans excellent, love the automated smart clean functions. This one mops, vacuum's, and runs on its own schedule. Its 2024 you need to get one of these , saves so much time keeping the floors clean

Exceeded my expectations, super functional, excellent suction and mapping.

Eufy has always been great about coming out with products that have value with some unique features. This vac is no exception. Key points - Great for areas that are mainly hard wood with the occasional carpeted area. We have two corgis and it works great with picking up the hair! But it can get pretty dirty with the filter and roller so make sure to clean out weekly. Mopping - great way to mop and not have to remember! Is it better than manually mopping yourself? Not just yet but it does a good enough job where all you need to do is spot clean if necessary! Battery - We have a 1600 SQFT place and it can go without charging half way. The other half it charges for about 30 min to complete. If it’s smaller than that you might be good but be warned it might not complete everything all in one go.

Worth the money. It cleans very well and reaches out to possible corners. We are very happy with this purchase. Strongly recommend this product.

Great vacuum, easy to setup and use. Recommend especially for pet owners. Love it so far. For some reason it does sometimes crash into things. Also sometimes goes to missed areas, but doesn’t turn up the suction back up. Thats the only 2 cons I have so far. Other than that great vacuum.

Does a great job cleaning and mopping! Makes my life lots easier. Isn’t always able to get some corners clean and higher profile limits its ability to get under furniture that my previous vac was able to navigate

It is very practical and easy to use through the app, plus the house stays clean.I previously purchased a regular Eufy vacuum which still working fine since 5 years, but I always wanted a mopping one. On Mother’s day my family surprised me with it and I’m more than happy now, and it’s great for a pet owner.

Absolutely love this unit!!! Fits great underneath our furniture. Getting it all mapped was a breeze. It saves me so much time and effort by vacuuming and mopping every day for me! Couldn't be happier with it!!! It is a life saver and worth every penny!!!

This is my 3rd robot vacuum I’ve ever owned, and by far the best. It excels at both mopping and vacuuming, obstacle avoidance, basically everything. I can let it run and not worry about it, and it doesn’t a fantastic job. Highly recommended!!

This was a purchase which made live pretty easy for us. With kids daily cleaning was a nightmare and after buying this things were much easier. Excellent product for folks with young kids and it cleans well.

I was loving this Eufy X10 Pro. I had bought one in July and then by September the drainage system broke and I had to return it. Thank God for Total Tech coverage! I waited a month to rebuy because it wasn't on sale. In October I rebought this. Yesterday I returned it, yet again! For same issue drainage sewage backup. I called Eufy and they said this is a well known issue with this model. They recommend the S1, but I am not sure if I am ready to buy another Eufy item. All I can say it's this is my second one and both ran great for about two months. We have almost a 3,000 square foot home and we do have two Persian cats and us women have longer hair. If you buy this make sure you are covered by Total Tech. I recommended this to several people and out of 4 of us that bought it, 3 have returned theirs within 2 months for drainage issues. And it smells really bad when this happens. So just a heads up.

I have owned roomba and shark in the past and haven't been happy with quality or cleaning. This is my first Eufy purchase and I absolutely love! I was nervous for the combo of vacuum and mop but it leaves my wooden floors so clean and no streaks! I had the Braava mop and it would leave streaks and I felt I always had to spot mop. With a busy house of kids, dogs and cats this has made my life so much easier not having to worry about sweeping and mopping!

We got this for Christmas and it does the the job. We like the vacuum and mop combo. It mapped out the floor very fast. You can virtually block out areas not to vacume and you should b/c it will go places not on the map. You can clean a room like the kitchen individually. The down side, so far it has gotten caught up in our Christmas tree wires and almost pull the tree down, and has gotten jammed in the rug with tethered ends. It is very loud when emptying the dirt. We would still buy it again. So conviniant even if we have to babysit it.
