After trying the EcoVacs T20 Omini and being sorely disappointed with how loud, slow, and easy it was to get stuck I decided to give up after 3 weeks and exchange it out for this. and it's better in every way. The Eufy X10 Pro Omni is faster, quieter, more efficient, and has a much better app. My floors are spotless and shiny as can be.

This cleans up dog hair out of cracks and mops without leaving puddles. I would recommend this to anyone that does not have the time to mop or vacuum after their pets.

I have used others in the past and this is vastly better. My only complaint - the roller brush gets tons of hair and needs to be cleaned often. Eufy needs to provide a better brush.

You would think the more things something does, the more average it is at doing one of those things. Not so with the Eufy. It is amazing and mopping and vacuuming and the self cleaning is a big plus.

We have it do it on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday only and our house always looks clean. It dies a wonderful job and the app is pretty easy to use.

We got it mainly for keeping up with pet hair on hard floors. We do use it on bedroom carpet floors as well and it does a great job.
