The cord is on the wrong side if you use your right hand and arm to push your vacuum cleaner around, and it's difficult to empty.

This is probably the best vacuum cleaner I've ever owned, and I've had many. I give it five stars for outstanding performance and really fantastic suction....it picks up everything. I also love the telescoping wand attachment and its incredibly long hose that enables you to easily tackle stairs, upholstery and hard-to-reach areas. For a vacuum cleaner that has suction this strong you would think it would be loud, but that's not the case. It out performs any Hoovers I've had and it's much quieter. Love it.

difficult to keep together. parts frequently falling off. hose does not stay on clip, falls off and easily tripped over. after emptying canister it is hard to get the lid to close and stay closed. get dust on floor and clothes when emptying. has a gap where 2 parts meet that will not come together. hose bracket falls off at the slightest bump
I will say that it is powerful
