    It seems that it does not come with a handle pin/lock, so the handle is constantly coming off. I guess I have to deal with it until I get a reply email from Eureka.

    Great vacuum - sucks up the dust much better than my Hoover - the belt did break very quickly but I am hoping that was just a faulty belt as I really like the machine
