Bought the vacuum to replace a broken bissel pet pro. I was disappointed in how loud the vacuum is and how when emptying the canister it is hard to get the inner tube back. You get what you pay for

Have you got pet hair? This one gets the job done. That was our biggest need and it got the job done. If it'll get pet hair, it'll get anything.

When scouting out a new vacuum, I was excited to find this one on sale with some decent reviews. I now wish I had put a little more money into it. The vacuum seems to just spit dirt out of the tail end on some carpet types as opposed to picking it up. Disappointing purchase unfortunately.
