Okay, when I first bought the vacuum, it came with a bag in it. And it worked great, it got all the dog hair, dust and dirt. I could not have been more pleased. Then I changed the bag and I have yet to figure out what went wrong, the vacuum part is pulling air, and there is no blockage in the tube, but there is no suction. Have not gotten far with Bissell and and am about to just take it back to the store. Very disappointed.
