    Video card that just works

I'm not a gamer but you can feel the computer responds faster after upgrade from my old factory installed graphic card. Cannot say much about video game performance but I'm glad I got this one because it just works. Some what future proof compared to other cards of same series but with less memory. This particular model has 6GB memory instead of usual 3GB for 1060 series. No complains. It just works. If you're a serious gamer, you will want to look at higher end models.

Thanks to the Bitcoin miners, when I needed a replacement for my original graphics card, they were hard to find. Happily, I was able to locate the exact one I wanted based on feature set. It is a tight fit, but is well cooled, quiet and power thrifty. Surprisingly, the video quality is noticeable better on a large display, even though the resolution is technically the same. I think the signal is more stable, which makes the difference.

This card is great. I purchased this and a PNY card for a friend. They both work fantastic but my EVGA overclocks like a champ and stays cool.

I bought this graphics card for my boyfriend because he Day trades in the stock mocket, and needed a card to support multiple monitors. It is working beautifully, and I’m happy I went with this one! I recommend this product!

Ive always been a fan of EVGA, I have purchased many of them in the past and I have always had great luck with them. The design is eye catching, and the fans are very silent. I would highly recommend this GPU for anyone.

I purchased this card to do a triple monitor configuration of 5760 x 1080 and it works great. The control display comes out of the HDMI connector and the extended display comes out the three displayport connectors.

Decided on this card after hours of research, and I definitely made the right choice. This card is very quite, and won't even run its fans unless the card is under load. It's general construction is high quality and its included software gets the job done in terms of monitoring and overclocking. My one complaint is its use of an 8 pin power connector where every other GTX 1060 uses a 6 pin. Thankfully it does come with an adapter in you have two spare six pins in your build. Overall, a fantastic product.

I have had no problems with this card for the 2 years i've been using it and, at the time of purchase the GPU market was severely inflated. Extremely happy to get a great card at almost retail considering the market at the time. Most games run smoothly at 1080 with a few games running decent at 4K (World of Warcraft, CS:GO). Though your more graphically intensive games wont play at 4K with high frame rates, this card is great for 1080 gameplay at good frame rates.

This GPU is quite, and also overclocks really well. It's no 1080ti but it also doesn't cost a fortune. I would recommend it.

Upgrade for my older graphics card

I wanted to upgrade my graphics card as my older card was starting to show its age. I looked at the 1070s and 1050s and the RX480s to see what would fit my needs. I went with EVGA 1060 6gb SSC as it fit within my budget and worked well with my setup (Asus Sabertooth z77, Intel I-7 3770k, 32 gb ddr3 ram, corsair 850w psu) I can run most games on ultra settings at 60fps no problem with out developing too much heat on the GPU. The card runs very quiet at the same time. Very happy with my upgrade!

I highly recommend this card if you don't have the budget to go for the gtx1080 and plan on gaming in 1080p. I upgraded from a Nvidia gtx560, so this was a huge upgrade. I can now play all of my games on high/ultra with no problems (Overwatch, PUBG, CSGO). Only downsides with this card is that there is only one HDMI port and this card does not support sli (i plan on upgrading to another card later, so this isn't a huge deal to me, just thought this was slightly disappointing).

Since we needed to replace the video card we had we decided to go with the PNY 1060 6 gig video card for $300. We were able to price match which dropped the price an extra $45. This card runs much cooler and uses less wattage than our previous video card. We also had much more success in illustrator with rendering previous files that struggled with the 2 gig graphics card we replaced. Games ran on highest settings and had beautiful renderings. I am very happy with this purchase.

I work, and game using dual screens on my system. A couple of weeks ago, the Nvida driver stopped operating, and dual screen stopped working. I cleaned the 780, and system, re-seated the card, etc., but to no avail. The card was failing (4 years old, a real workhorse). After a lot of research, the GTX 1060 was recommended to me as a similar, slightly better replacement. The card is working like a champ. I am very pleased.

The video card is quieter and uses less power than my old AMD card and seems to work great. I was able to run games on higher settings. It's been almost a month and I've had no problems with it.
