He has an extra fan(s) in there beyond the build in ones so don't know about the heating issues yet. For now satisfied with it, bt time will tell.

The fans are quiet, appears to be very well made and came packaged very securely. I can't really say anything negative about this card, it does what I need. Highly recommend!!!
