Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB XC3 ULTRA GAMING GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 Graphics Card's strong performance and effective cooling system, frequently praising its quiet operation even under heavy load. Many also highlight the card's excellent price-to-performance ratio and its ability to handle high resolutions smoothly. While some have noted that the card's aesthetics may not appeal to all users, the positive feedback on performance and cooling significantly outweighs this concern.

Great GPU for a good price. Right now if you are trying to buy a GPU you kind of have to take anything you can get, but I am glad I got one for EVGA. It handles all the games I play with great quality and high FPS.

Yeah pretty much all you'll need even for 4k

This thing is a beast! It can handle true native 4k no problem. Depending on the game I can get 60fps on ultra settings. AC Valhalla for example max settings avg 45-50 fps. No noise problems. No heat problems. Has a little RGB on the EVGA logo that you can manipulate via PX1. Be careful though when installing X1 as it ramps up your GPU fans to 100% for 5 secs and it's creepy. I have read some people have had their GPU stuck that way afterwards. EVGA knocked it out of the park with this one. It DOES support SLI and Crossfire if you have a supported Mobo.

Great 1440p tier card without breaking the bank

Had originally bought the card since it was the only one I could get at the time. Really solid performance and had bought at a decent price despite it being during the shortage and other world events making these hard to come by. Temps remained steady in the 60° C range and Performance at 1440p was surprisingly good. Slightly overkill for 1080p gaming great overall. A shame that EVGA no longer makes GPU's following the release of the 40 series.

Managed to grab one during one of the trickle drops and this thing is an absolute 1440p monster. If you can get one before the bots, I cannot recommend it enough. It's also very attractive with subtle RGB. If you're looking for a lightshow this probably isn't going to be your jam and you'll want the FTW3. Whether stock or for overclocking this thing runs great. Even overclocked I have barely seen it break 70°C while barely louder than a whisper. Very pleased!

If you're able to get your hands on one of these, it's a superb GPU! EVGA quality, triple fan design w/auto-off functionality, super quiet even under load, and performance definitely rivaling a RTX 2080Ti. I've purchased these for builds for friends luckily enough, and they couldn't be happier with how their rigs perform with this card.

Great Video card that isn't completely overpriced like much of the others. Super quiet and its really a 2 slot card, it will fit in my ITX case and my other 3070 won't. Buy any card you can in this current market, but if you have the option get this one. I own a gigabyte 3070 and its not as nice or runs as cool.

Glad to have had the opportunity to buy this. Nice and subtle RGB just on the EVGA logo. Triple fans keep me gaming around 68 C at max setting. I paired this with a 10700k. That is a beast and hardly comes anywhere near max load. Unfortunately, the GPU is the bottleneck, but still looks good and getting high frames!

A large step up from my RX 580. This replaced the MSI Armor, which is notorious for being the worst cooler of the bunch. I briefly used a Gigabyte 5600 XT OC before swapping to this offering from EVGA. Its fans were noticeably quieter out of the box. I had to mess with EVGA Precision X1 to tame them. As a result, I get around 78-80 degrees Celsius when playing demanding titles. This isn't enough to trigger heavy thermal throttling, but I do lose the boost clocks. To get it any cooler, the fans get too loud for my liking. My unit also has a little bit of coil whine when things get going, but it's not super noticeable when the fans kick in loud.

It runs pretty much everything at max settings at 1440p, there isn't much else I could ask for. It didn't trip my 650w power supply and the cooler performs adequately and is only 2 slots tall. If I ever need to take the plastic shroud off it looks to only be a handful of screws.

When I finally got this card, I was in disbelief I got such a coveted card. The performance? Well, it's a 3070. It's going to perform well. Great overclocker and price isn't bad in this current market. I actually prefer the XC3 limited RGB compared to my FTW3 Ultra RGB.

This card runs cool at load, is near inaudible, looks great with the RGB lighting IMO, and is an overall great card. Whether you're looking to play at 1080p 240hz, or 1440p 144hz, or maybe even 4k 60 in some titles, this is a great card and a great choice.

A powerful, good looking card with a thicc cooling solution that manages the heat wonderfully. Gets a little toasty when gaming with RTX on (75c) but the EVGA fans are very quiet and effective. Also a strong miner when not gaming.

Got lucky and purchased this on Tue Jan 5 after monitoring the site and hitting F5 at various times throughout the morning. It arrived for pickup a day early on Friday. Excellent card and I have not seen it go over 73 degrees under full load with the default fan curve. Definitely a big jump in performance from my GTX 1070 TI at 1440p, but not a massive jump. I love the price of the Ultra version since you get a nice backplate and a slight factory OC as I am done with overclocking anything at this day and age. I don't think the FTW variant is worth the extra 40-50 bucks. My advice to anyone with a first gen RTX 2070, or even a 2060s you should hold out for the 4000 series. Anyone on Pascal GTX 1080 on down should think about making the jump.

Very good card, I have 2K/ 144hz monitor. This is paired with I5 10600k. I get well over 100 fps on max settings on pretty much everything I've played. Benchmarks at time of purchase put me on average in the 95th percentile of pcs tested. I am sure that has dropped a little since that time but still very solid. EVGA is one of the top 2/3 card makers currently and Best Buy is probably one of, if not the best place to buy. You will be hard pressed to find it cheaper anywhere else. 3070 is probably one of the best bang/buck card that yo can currently buy. That is if/when you can find them in stock. I used stock alerts.

Very happy with this card and glad I was finally able to get one. Runs quiet and cool at maxed settings and gaming feels very nice on this card. Only downside is that I thought I was getting the one with the black plastic piece like in the picture but I got the one with the red clown lips which was a disappointment because it doesn't go well with my build.
