Mmmm…. Hard to use for the kiddos. The material seems fragile.

It may work for 4-8y kid range, just to familiarize with function or fun stuff. I got it for 11y old kid for science competition. It could not focus on any setting but the lowest setting. There were bubbles in some glass or plastic, so it was never a clear review. Even for $30, it is not worth it.

Great gift for child. Takes time to understand how to adjust microscope to see different items. Child enjoys using this set!
