Easy to install. Works well. I don’t care much for the Velcro attachment. Also electric cable is short. On my tv over the treadmill I had to get an extension cord to plug it into an outlet right below. 10” more would have been perfect.

It’s easy to hook up and use, but I’m disappointed that: A- you can’t control the volume in the mobile app like you can with the Smart television versions of the app, and B- you don’t have all the size, formatting, background or font optionsfor closed caption . If you use CC, it destroys the view of the program on screen.

Love it, for the price i paid fir it. You cant beat that.

I bought the Roku 4K+ from best buy, i only used it 3 times then it sopped working, it doesn’t respond to the remote and Roku screen appears for 15 seconds then disappeared when power cycle it , best buy won’t return it because I don’t have extended warranty and Roku support doesn’t respond to my email.

My Roku, worked great for 15 days and on the 16th day it stopped working, and since your return policy is within 15 days I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work…overall I’d says it’s a piece of crap and so is your return policy!!!

I purchased this unit to replace a Roku 2, which was getting a bit long on the tooth. The Express 4K plus is a basic device, albeit one capable of playing 4k content. It comes with everything one needs, the power cord and brick, an hdmi cable and the Roku voice remote, which also includes power, volume and mute controls for your television. Setup was quick and easy, guided by an included quick start guide. After powering up the device, you are prompted to set up your wifi connection. You then log onto your Roku account if you have one, or set one up if you don't. The device then downloaded a software upgrade and loaded all the apps I'm currently subscribed to. That was the longest part of the process and only took a couple of minutes. I did have some issues at first, with HDMI error messages. Suspecting that the issue might lie with my television, which was older and only had HDMI 1.4, I manually set the display resolution to 1080p and the issue vanished. I would expect that actual 4K televisions would not have the issue as they should come with HDMI 2.0, Performance is excellent, even Peacock loads quickly. I love the voice remote, it was very easy to hook up and connect to my television and all of the shortcut buttons are current. This is a more basic device, but one you can use to experience 4k programming on a 4k television. It does require an HDMI connection to the television.
