However, some newer, more obscure TV brands are not listed when attempting to pair the TV remotes. Overall, pleased—ordered two units for two different TV’s to save on cable boxes.

The network module on our smart TV died and this gave us almost all the smarts back for very little. I wish it had bluetooth on it, though. And the hdmi connection does only 30Hz with 4k HDR, so the Roku does not recommend recommend using HDR. I haven't noticed the difference.

It was a good move! All of our streaming apps are supported, and Roku has lots of channels as well. It updates frequently with new choices and improvements. Couldn't beat this product for the price we paid.

The use of the remote is a little awkward as there is no number pad so you have to manually go up and down. There are work-arounds but we are still working on learning how to use all the features. What we have used are nice except for the channel changing issue.
