Roku is the best streaming device I have ever had. I will never go back to the others.

I had an exceptional experience with both the product and the service. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations, demonstrating excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Coupled with that, the customer service was outstanding; the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and prompt in assisting me with my inquiries. Overall, it was a truly satisfying experience.

The streaming unit works as it's meant to, but it does get hot. It's best to lay the unit on it's side to keep it cool. The voice remote is extremely convenient to use. Some streaming channels requires a monthly subscription. But even without the pay subscriptions, you still could get a lot of free movie channels. I prefer this unit than the roku stick bcuz one of my TV's HDMI port is on the bottom and the roku stick won't work. The roku stick works well with the HDMI port on the side of the TV. Another reason I prefer this unit over the Roku stick is bcuz the stick also gets hot. And I'm a bit concern that it's placed directly on the TV rather than away from it like the Roku Express.

4K+ Roku Express has been a lifesaver for me! It works very well - it seamlessly picked up as a 3rd input on my Roku TV (in which the Roku built in must be outdated and the updates are not working so it is useless). Not only does the picture quality impress me, but the voice remote works well. 2 Thumbs up!

You really cant best this for the price. So easy to use and set up. The included adheisive that tou can use to attach it to the tv makes it look like its a part of the tv and keeps everything looking nice. We like roku products and that is why we bought another one of these.

I have both Roku and Amazon Fire sticks and media players. Roku is superior on all fronts. Much faster, far more durable to heat and cold and runs well far more consistently. It's too bad that Roku isn't built into more tv's. Amazon Fire is simply a cheaper substitute and you get what you pay for. I cannot recommend Roku enough. Especially if you're trying to teach your parents how to stream.

I bought this while it was on sale. This was a great purchase! It turned my ordinary TV into a smart TV. The setup was very easy as it is basically a plug & play. It doesn't basically everything an Apple TV does but cost a lot less.

This is an amazing product it has all the subscriptions that everyone watches. It has Netflix Disney plus and Roku is really good it is also 4k which makes your screen look really good.

Hard to find a better streamer. I would buy a Roku over a fire stick every hour of every day. Easy to set up and use.

I have had a Roku device for 5 years and have enjoyed it all this time. I had wanted an updated model with extra features (voice remote and TV controls) having seen another brand. I purchased the new Roku Express 4K+ and am totally happy with it. It works flawlessly like my older one and is easier to use. Excellent device!

I purchased a few of these for various non smart tvs in my house. They are simple, easy, and straightforward to hook up and use, even for a non techy type guy like me. Picture quality is excellent, is the same as my ROKU smart tv. I previously experimented with amazon firestick , but picture quality was grainy and very poor. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

By and large, I'm happy with Roku. In immediate family, we now have 3 Roku streaming devices, 4 Roku TVs, and 1 Roku soundbar. They are one of the cheapest ways to get the Spectrum app so that we don't need to pay for the Spectrum cable boxes. Of course, all of the streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, etc) are available, as well as a good number of "free to watch" apps (most of which are not that interesting). The main complaint I have is that there is no number pad on their remote, so you can't jump to a particular channel. (Using voice to jump to channel is not supported in the Spectrum app). Also, the dedicated buttons for certain services that can't be changed are annoying, especially since they are different on different remotes--and on older remotes, some services don't even exist anymore, so pretty useless buttons there. I also have an AppleTV with Spectrum app and got the $12 Spectrum remote for AppleTV. Still no number pad on remote, but its better than Roku, because you at least have a "guide" button that opens Spectrum app. You can do more with an ATV too, but of course it costs more.

Five stars doesn't mean it's a life-changing product. It just means it works as advertised. I got it to use the Spectrum app and avoid paying for set top boxes. I appreciate that it can operate the TV's on-off and volume functions so we can use only one remote. Easy to set up and works well.

Works great with my tv, great quality of picture and so easy to set up

I bought a Roku on the recommendation of my son and I have no complaints on making the purchase. Installing the device was easy, as is using the service. The voice remote works well and channels are easy to add (and remove). I am amazed at the number of free channels available and the extra viewing options I now have over the channels I get with my cable service.
