Works great haven’t had a issues, clear picture, fast and has no issues connecting to the internet

Easy to install & set up. Works great. Will provide enhanced HD picture (if the source is greater than standard HD). Would buy again.

Easy to connect and use. Good wifi range. No issues with the router notably far away. Easy to program. Did lose the favorite local antenna channels for a bit. Not sure if that was an issue with the antenna or roku. Seems to be working now after doing a new antenna search.

Great product to replace your cable box. The remote is voice-enabled and can be used to control your TV Streaming seems to be the future and this Roku device is the way to go. I've been using one and I love it.

Really good streaming device. I trust Roku and have bought nothing else. The picture is great in 4K and everything works well. The only issues I’ve had with this particular model is it does freeze on occasion but not often. Say yes to Roku

Needed to upgrade my bedroom Roku. This new unit works great. Fast. Loads channels nice and fast. Bonus volume control on remote.

It really go beyond the typical smart tv stuff. The variety of free stuff, small size and easy to use is unbelievable value.

Fantastic! I bought this to replace the Amazon Fire Stick I have because I could not download the Spectrum app on the Fire Stick. Easy to use for Spectrum, Disney+, Netflix and Prime. Like the voice remote too.

These Upgraded Rokus are much better than the basic ones Spectrum recommends& they were on special so I paid the same price as the basic ones. Can always count on Best Buy to have Flash Sales, Total Tech Membership always has Membership deals. Love this program & so happy I was directed by staff person to purchase this series of Roku Remotes. I’m very pleased with their performance & would recommend to anyone needing a mid priced Roku remote.

I already owned the previous version of this device. I love the upgrade to 4k, Dual Band Wifi, and a more functional remote with voice control. I primarily use this device to connect to my Xfinity and Netflix accounts.

Great item. This is the 3rd roku I’ve purchased. This one is a lot faster than my older ones. I will buy again. Easy to set up. Easy to ise.

We purchased four of these Roku Express streaming players. It was surprisingly easy to set these up as we are new to the "streaming world". With the directions we didn't have any problem creating an account and getting the TVs synced up. I am thrilled we have made the decision to go to streaming and it made it an easy switchover thanks to Roku! The only reason this is a 4 star and not 5 is that we did have an issue with one of the devices. I am sure we will be able to exchange this and get a new one with Best Buy. For some reason it said the power source was not sufficient, but I think it was a bug in the roku device. I tried it on multiple outlets and always got this message so I think it was something internally in the Roku. Didn't have any issues with the other three.

Plug and play works great. Got rid of my cable box and it's saving me money. Plus the 4k is better than what i was getting. Great product!

easy to install and use. Got it up and running in no time. easiest tech project ever. LOL

I am a cable customer and that means having a cable box to watch tv. I returned the box and went to the Roku Express. I was so impressed. Roku has so many free movies and other features. Best of all, it has the Spectrum app. I don't watch a lot of tv but when I do, the Roku Express streams extremely well, fast and has a clear, crisp picture. I would recommend.

Upgraded from the old Roku 2. Much snapper but doesn’t match the snappiness from my Apple TV. Great value with the bonus free stuff.

ROKUY 4K+ is great! Easy to install and it can operate all controls on a TV if you lose your remote.
