Was east to install and for most part operate - put on an older TV but worked well.

This is my second of these. The first was bought right after this model was introduced a few months ago, and I decided to buy another to finish up our collection of TVs with a consistent interface. My first replaced a streaming stick, which after a couple of years seemed prone to lag and overheating. I'm not doing 4K on either, so the extra CPU overhead hopefully means it can work a little less hard and not push the thermal envelope. Plus compared to the stick the express case allows for some breathing and a little distance from the TV. This model has been snappy and dependable. Unlike other Express units this one has the RF remote with TV controls. For $30 (on sale, which is frequent) it's a no-brainer.

It is easy to use and I love the menu layout. No hiccups at all. It starts up right away and the streaming is very fast.

If youre like me, you still have flat screen TVs from 30 years ago that still work perfectly fine, and you realize you paid up to $3000 for them. You don’t want to give them away or sell them just to upgrade to today’s smart TVs, so that’s where this device comes in. It makes older, flat screen, TVs, smart! works amazing and I am able to login to all of today’s streaming apps and if you’re smart, you can even program it to do a little something extra hint hint. Enjoy five stars.

I had a roku previously and it was good. This one is an upgrade and has voice command and easy to set-up.

Don't try to go around the world and synch an old controller or connect to WI-FI blah blah blah. Just get a new setup, and don't get 4K unless you need it. Make sure it has a controller or don't bother. Also, make sure it is set up kinda high unless it is not far from router. We had trouble with the picture being blurry, bit I set it to use the 2G (long distance network) and put the router and Roku higher. We are 60 ft from the router.

Works great. The only downside is maybe the adds but i think you edit your home screen to remove adds so no complaints here.

Really love the Roku brand for streaming, never disappoints and love the fact that is 4k.

The ROKU worked great. It was relatively easy to use and we were sharing our photos from an iPhone on the big tv screen. Much cheaper than AppleTV and you can get streaming tv without a cable box too!

So happy only 1 remote! I was so thankful to get something simple to operate.

Good product works well I would definitely recommend. I needed it to add to my TV and switch between Roku and Firestick

It very responsive and fast going from one to next programs unlike the roku tv i have. And it is good value 24.99 during Christmas time. I have 60 inch older samsung tv and made it smart tv.
