    It’s good if you need it. Not sure if everyone needs it. Good purchase and I think it came with my washer and dryer or I was told by rep to buy it

    The tech's have been exceptional in their knowledge when coming to our new home. They do an excellent job and offer to explain with what they do.

    I'm not sure how to rate it. I was a few miles out of the delivery area. So delivery was 75. The rep told me about the total geek protection, seemed to save money on delivery out of radius, but I don't know i would use the other services offered so I probably should have just paid for delivery.

    We live about 30 minutes away from town and this service helped us take away the stress of having to to take the old tv and get the new one

    We were so impressed when our first purchase needed exchanging. A Best buy representative drove over 50 miles to bring us a new product. We were so impressed.

    Delivery guys unboxed tv and put legs on it. They were very patient while I inspected it. Purchased on 12-19-19 and delivery was 1=2=2020. Packed very well. No damage.
