Knockoff batteries just don't hold the charge like an original. This replacement took my dying battery issues completely away.

Best accessory for my phone! These battery charging kits from Samsung are always a life saver because I am always on my phone. Charging is a breeze and going from 0 to 100 in 10 seconds is always good when I am not near a wall charger or have a battery pack around.

Good quality battery backup. It's great to have a charged battery waiting for you if the other one dies on you. The only draw back is if you have a case on your phone and have to take it off every time you want to switch them out.

I was told that Samsung made a battery charger. so I went to best buy bought the charger and it was the best decision / choice I could have made, a life saver. Great product . e Note 4 has good battery life as it is, but I find myself low on battery toward the end of the day. On those weekend nights when you get home from a long day and ready to go out and relax, just swap out the battery and you are good to go. In a matter of seconds you go from 0-100%, not to mention it is better to preserve your battery instead of wearing out the new one. No need to worry about battery saving, take advantage of your amoled display!

The support of Samsung Experience Consultant Therese Dristas was 10 star. Very knowledgable, experienced, good explainer. I bought a Note 4 replacement battery after she explained in simple language why the extra battery I had was bad for the phone. Most shocking is that after purchase I went to Amazon and it was $10.00 MORE expensive. Therese was fantastic as well as the new addition to my backup being exactly what I needed
