I called cusromwr care and they connected me to somewhere in Siberia and They said pretty much I have to update it but didn’t show me how to update it or anything so as of now we can literally only watch our cameras on our screen and not from the phone

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had a bad experience. Can you provide the name of the rep you spoke to in Siberia? Are you calling from within the North American region? Please let us know as this is highly unusual as all North American region callers are handler by our North American reps so being transferred to Siberia is HIGHLY unusual.
