Disappointing

Even though I was connecting it to a WiFi I did the Lan setup to make it easier it wasn’t after 20 attempts and getting ready to send it back than it worked. I have had this item for 20 days. Picture quality is ok not the worst and not to best. Night vision is decent. Just based off this it would have been a 4 star review. What dropped stars for me. When it’s time for the free cloud subscription to end. the camera stops recording and saving to your phone. I’ve had several others that keep recording but deletes other records after a week ex. Arlo. I was very disappointed when I seen this. I would not recommend this unless your using it to watch your kids while they are elearning to make sure they are working

I’m not sure if it would be clear for longer distances. Motion detection sensitivity can be adjusted to fit your needs. Overall works for what I need! Sometimes it disconnects from the internet and therefore isn’t viewable from the app. I use an SD card so all recordings are still viewable later. Speaking through the camera does NOT work even a little bit!
