I purchased one for my Granddaughter and one for my Sister. They both Love it, especially my Sister who always misplace her phone. Glad to put a smile on their faces. my daughter and I have owned our for two years, Love it !

Bought this for my elderly mother living alone without a cell phone. I had to create a facebook account which she will not use, however she finds the frame easy to use for video calls, and we also listen to music.

Good product but definitely requires good internet connection. Set up is easy but be prepared to do firmware update right away. That takes a while. After that, making calls is easy. I like being able to show photos while in standby mode. It doubles as a digital frame!

we got the portal for our grandchildren and have been very happy with the ease of use and our ability to stay connected with them. It was easy for them to set up and use. No assistance needed for them to reach out and video chat with us.

These are literally the best Christmas gift! Local or long distance these have helped us stay connected with Family for birthdays, holidays, etc. The ideal gift during a pandemic. Easy setup and Better than Zoom!!

Portal had great picture but cut out a little once. Did have a glitch when setting up but they fixed it and so far it's been working good. It was a Christmas present so didn't get set up until after Christmas.

Works as expected. Have this to my wife as a gift and she’s been using it since in her office. Nice to see changing pictures in background when not using.

This was a priceless gift for my mother. She used it as soon as we set it up on Christmas and she kept telling me just how wonderful it was, the best gift ever. It arrived quickly and set up very easily.

It works just as advertised. The slide show feature is cool, as is the built in Alexa. We've enjoyed using it with family for fun group calls, and several of them have purchased one too. The zoom and pan feature is neat.

My mother loves this portal as she loves talking to family members near and far on Facebook and even better now she can call them and see them clearly and much bigger than on her phone. Would recommend this to product to everyone

We have an echo show device also but I like the portal much better! The camera on it is awesome and everything can be controlled by your voice which is nice. I bought one for my dad and grandmother too

I purchased this as a gift for my mom. During covid it was extremely hard not visiting family so for Christmas we purchased this for her and she loves it. She calls us everyday using her portal

Still having issues trying to connect additional accounts but overall nice for video calling and messaging. We do enjoy the additional Alexa on the portal which is useful in listening to music.

I like this product, I've always wanted one since they came out. I love how the camera follows you around without have to actually move it yourself. Great gift to give someone who likes to video call.

It’s very easy to use once you get used to it. Wasn’t a big Facebook video chatter but this works well. Also it’s nice to be able to watch some of the Facebook live videos on the device rather than on my phone.

i love my FB Portal mini, just need a wifi connection and all kinds of things can be done. video chat with friends, play games, play music, iheart radio, thousands of stations of all artists to listen too.

Bought this for my mom on Mother’s Day. She loves it! Uses it everyday. She’s able to stay in touch with all of her family all around the world through Facebook messenger. Very user friendly and great picture.

It is such a good product. Good video messaging, can play music and also go online with the browser as well as YouTube. I especially like that it has IHeartRadio as well as Amazon Music as well.
