Fanatics is not reputable, Don't buy

I have had two bad experiences with them. They refused to take back or refund for a shirt that the screen print peeled after the first wash( even though I followed the care directions exactly). They said that they would only refund if the original tags were still on the garment. How do you wash a shirt with the tags still on it? I still had money on the gift card thad had to be used, so I bought my daughter a coffee mug. The mug was not as described on their website. It was cheaply made in china with a sticker for her team's logo so there was no way it would survive the dishwasher as described and must be carefully hand washed. This is in no way directed at Best Buy they just sold the card.
