great movie good story line good actors graphic's were awesome.

Not as good as the original, but holds its own. Awesome in 4K.

grabbed this steel case while on sale, got the digital and while the movie was pretty decent itself, the portrayal of Dr. Doom wasnt really the best. Hopfully with the newer movies coming in Marvel Stage 4, they will fix this, but outside of that was a great movie :)

So if you looked into this movie you probably know it gets horrible reviews and is treated like it is the worst movie of all time. I am a big Marvel fan and i wanted this movie to do bad so Marvel would get the rights back from Fox. I figured i would give this a chance like i do other superhero movies. This movie takes a long time for the main characters to get their powers, about an hour, then when they do get them, there is hardly any time to showcase their abilities and how they use them for good. There are not lots of cool easter eggs or comic origin references to make it fun for the true Fantastic Four fans. By far the worst part of this movie is Doctor Doom. They messed up everything about him from his origins, looks and even his powers. This is a good sci-fi horror movie, which if it wasnt a comic book movie wouldnt be that bad at all. Its worth a watch, not as bad as i thought it would be. The steelbook case itself is fantastic, has great back artwork of the fantastic four members and the title on the spine. They could have gone with a better cover design but its a nice debossed look and is good quality. Collectors Steelbook is alot better than the movie itself.

I had to pick up this steelbook since I was picking up all the rest this week. (MI: Rogue Nation, Maze Runner, Scorch Trials) Let me start off by saying the five stars is for the steelbook packaging because it is great and very nice looking. The movie itself I would give maybe 2-3 stars. If you followed its release closely you would know that a lot went on behind the scenes that had the studio replacing the director and re-shooting scenes pretty close to release. The beginning of this film is awesome and I loved where it looked like it was going, then right after they get their powers it completely falls apart. I still enjoyed it for what it was knowing what had happened but if you're expecting something great then you should look elsewhere.

I mean if your fan I suppose you will like some.of it. Specially the 3rd act

Worth watching but not buying not a bad flick but nothing spectacular

O.K. The reviews pretty much across the board were bad to awful to be sure... But all the same, I'm a big fan of film, and especially adventure/sci-fi as a rule! To set-up, I have huge investments in top line 4K sets, 7.1 surround sound & consulted for many years on high tech systems to help others with their mutual love of this diversion! Actually, I own several hundred Blu-Ray films, DVD & am now shifting to 4K releases! My first viewing was a bit critical overall, but surprisingly, I actually enjoyed the viewing. Afterwards, I've seen it several more times and while it could have been "SO MUCH" better, it didn't deserve the ridicule it has received by a long shot. The story buildup was a bit long winded, but it's the first of what was supposed to be a series (not likely to now). Overall, if you can pick it up for a song ($9.99) like I did on Blu-Ray & Digital, it's worth grabbing to be sure. While it could have been MUCH better, it really wasn't that bad! Cheers mates...

Not the greatest movie but definitely worth the price for the steelbook

Okay movie, different than the other Fan 4 that came out a few years back

Movie sucks but steelbook treatment is really nice with the embossing.

This remake movie was ok. Great price for an average movie

When this incarnation of the Fantastic Four came out, it didn't seem to get very good reviews. At least that was what I was hearing. So when I watched it, I was actually pretty pleased with it. There is a bit much of backstory, but I think the producers were expecting to create a trilogy out of this team. This version was nothing like the previous movies. It had a dark and somber overtone. I felt it was the graphic novel take on the four. I would suggest that before watching, you stop and realize that the Fantastic Four are a tough grown up team who in their comics go through big battles both on Earth and Space.

Good movie at the time just bought for discount price.
