I'm an older forty something original comic guru, yet I really enjoyed this adaptation. The effects were great and although the story lacked and varied from the original it was a great watch. I'm glad I didn't listen to the naysayers about this movie, it's a hit, and I got the blu Ray for 9.99!

Amazing that they cannot get the F4 right when so many Marvel series are kicking it. Great cast and effects though!

I really enjoyed this movie, and it looks great in 4K. More-so because of the HDR. The contrast is beautiful and the action scenes look amazing. I did not already own this movie on Blu-ray but if I had I would not have purchased this since it is an up conversion from 2K anyway.

I have to admit that very few re-makes are better than the original. This is not an exception.

This movie is plagued with problems. The director wanted to make Chronicle 2. which could have been good. instead he re-imagined the FF and took it down a horrible path, the story takes so long to get started and then ends with such a quick ending you question if it was really over. The director hated the female lead so much that she doens't even get her powers directly by going to the other side, she gets them like an infection. Poor choices in the director and the lame acting of the cast make this the worst FF movie ever, it is not worth watching and definitely not worth owning Fant4stic. the director is so bad he got kicked off the Star Wars film he was going to direct. the last 2 FF movie were way better, they really felt like a family, this quad group feels like a bunch of people forced together, there is no camaraderie and nothing worth salvaging.

As a devoted fan of the Fantastic Four, I found this reboot to be rather predictable and uninspired. For those like me who enjoy nearly any superhero film, there is some entertainment value in the film, but overall, in my experience I would not have been missing much if I had passed on this one.

I wanna say this movie made me feel like I was back in the 90's. Soundtrack to this movie is phenomenal. This movie had flaws but yet I've seen 3 times already. Grew in me a lot. A wise purchase for a Fantastic steelbook.

The reboot is just fair as far as Marvel super hero movies go.

The whole movie was a waste of time. This makes the 2nd intro to the Fantastic Four. The first into was quite sufficient. Which makes this movie a waste of resources. The movie gets off to a slow start and drags on. If this is your first F4 movie, then you'll probably find it entertaining. "The Rise of the Silver Surfer" was the best F4 movie put out so far. The writer should've put more time into writing a new a storyline . Instead of doing another intro.

Fairly good movie. Well worth the sale price I paid.

not as much action ,but ok .......................

They had to make the film to retain the movie rights and it really shows. Very lacking in depth and action and pretty big removal from the first two films as well as the comics. I bought this blue ray for $10 and glad I didn't pay anymore than that.

I really enjoyed the movie. Definitely not the best Fantastic Four movie, but it was still worth watching. Looks fantastic in 4k (pun intended).

Good movie really 4 star but giving it a 5 for the ridiculous 1 stars. Alot of back grpund story kind of like Thr Man of Steel but still enjoyable.

This movie is pathetically horrible! It has the worst casting choices, bad storyline and there's no action! Dr. Doom is the worst villain ever (in this movie I mean). The actor to play him is bad. The costume is terrible, Dr. Doom looked like a rotting corpse wrapped in a burnt garbage bag. It's worse than Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. It's very unfaithful. If you're a Marvel fan or casual movie goer, stay away from this movie. This will leave a bad taste in your mouth. Want to watch a good Fantastic Four movie that's entertaining with a better storyline? Get the 2005 instead!

This movie failed on so many levels. Why would you even buy this in steelbook not worth the money, not even I would buy the DVD version maybe redbox rental and that a big maybe.

This is the most depressing movie I've ever seen - and I've seen Schindler's List.

Fantastic Four was a box office bomb but you have to give it some credit for what it tried to accomplish

Not the best film at all, it truely feels like an incomplete film.....but it does have a very nice steelbook. For true fantastic four die-hards only!

This was one of my least favorite movie experiences in a long time. The movie somehow manages to both go by at a snails pace and yet rush its conclusion. There are glaringly obvious errors that take your right out of the movie and make it seem that the crew of the movie completely gave up even trying.
