Most other inflators have a nozzle that you push onto the tire valve and then clamp down using the lever on top. This is problematic when the user can't push the nozzle down far enough down the valve stem to depress the valve pin in side the stem. This may be because of weak fingers, sub-optimal design of the wheel rim that makes positioning difficult, or because the valve stem tends to retreat as you try to push the nozzle onto it (which is the case with my Honda Civic). The Fanttik solves this problem by using a screw-on nozzle. The screw-on nozzle takes a little bit longer to fasten but it's worth it.
