The case was scratched on the side when I received it.Im pretty sad because I bought a new game so I expected to come in pristine condition. I don't think I'll be paying for one day shipping anymore. All in all the game on the other hand 4.8 out of 5 it's very immersive and there's plenty to do something I don't see myself getting bored of any time soon.

First my review is for the gold edition which includes the game, season pass and other content. The game overall was great. Lots of stuff to do and lots of strong story elements. Cars and flying objects take some time to get use to controlling. The weapons felt great and varied. The story was different but engaging. Graphics where excellent with lots of eye candy and wildlife. The expansion dlc content was ok for a few hours with the Vietnam dlc being the best of the three. The arcade mode added hours of great additional levels and content. The gold package was worth the extra money in my opinion.

The game is really stunning, huge map with lots of things to get into and explore. The story is very good & fun to play through also seeing the map change while playing is interesting. - My few complaints would be - - The AI characters are the same 4-5 people. You roam the huge map and see those same people everywhere. - 4 player co-op would’ve been nice like previous Far Cry games. - Initial load and saved game load times are very long, like go make a sandwich long.

Don't know much about the other far crys in the series. But this game takes place in the USA. Montana infact. The game reminds me of GTAV in a weird way. Open world with missions. You can hunt and fish and ride on atvs, trucks and other vehicles. I am still an beginner when it comes to video games so I don't try to fly the helicopters and float planes. The map is pretty big and the hunting and fishing by itself is pretty fun. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys the country style of living. Thanks Best Buy. Thanks Ubisoft.

The game features a gigantic open world that can be explored for the most part in any order you choose. Customize your character and choose from a fantastic array of weapons and vehicles. Play the entire game alone or in co-op. Tons of dangerous wildlife and bad guys to overcome. This game has it all and it has Game of the Year written all over it. If you love action, adventure, and mayhem you will love it! Few games deliver like Far Cry 5. It's awesome!!!!

Far Cry 5 takes place in a small town in Montana where a dangerous cult has taken hold. You play as a rookie officer who shows up to arrest the cult leader and things go wrong and you have to fight for your life. The game has a full story mode with multiple missions and side missions and areas to explore on the vast map. It also features full coop mode for all missions and sidequests. There is an arcade mode that allows the community to create new levels and missions and share them with others and play coop on them. The controls are slick and fast with tons of weapons at your disposal and a lot of little issues people had with Far Cry 4 and Far Cry Primal addressed. If you are a fan of the series at all this is up there Far Cry 3 in terms of fun and quality.

This game is definitly a Far Cry game. The map is so big and immersive. Besides the story, the game has so much more to do like side missions for allies and even fun mini games that help improve the skills in game. You'll definitely have fun with this game, but I do recommend to try out the co-op. *The Gold Edition does offer a lot to give you a head start in the game but the real reason to get the Gold Edition is to get the season pass.

I have been a Far Cry fan for a while and this game did not disappoint me. The graphics on the Xbox one x were crisp and amazing. The season pass was a mixed bag (I loved the Vietnam one but the Mars one was meh and Zombies are played out at this point) but you also get a port of Far Cry 3 with it which adds a lot to the overall value of the package.

I was hyped for the release of this game when it was first announced. I loved the previous farcry games and this one did not disappoint. There is so much to do in the game and the character customization makes it that much better. The map is massive and the story is intense.

It's a Far Cry game. It's gorgeous, great setting, lots to do, some interesting characters and an interesting story considering modern times in the US and it's political landscape. However, the story and characters aren't as memorable as FarCry 3 or 4, and it doesn't really add much if anything to the standard Far Cry formula that we're all used to. It's an excellent buy on sale or via GCU, but at full price I don't think you'd regret your purchase either.

Ubisoft has done it again. Large open world. Difficulty the more you play.

Never played farcry, got 5... really grabs you into another reality. Deep game, stellar Xbox X graphics, shooter but doesn’t feel like another call of duty, great story, fun experience, unique. Hooked on farcry games now.

Great game. Great graphics. Great story. I recommend to any and all players to play this game. It works very well on this system. I hope you enjoy it.

This is a great game with a large open world. It allows you to play the game in many different ways. You can choose to play it stealthily or run in loud.

Love it. Got kind of boring in the middle, didn't encounter any bugs yet, still a good game. I would've wanted auto aiming on Xbox, but there ain't any.

The story on this game is amazing, trying to take over a sadistic cult in a beautiful rendition of Montana. All with classic Far Cry gameplay!

This game has a lot to do and a lot of fun. I always get caught up in the side missions and there is plenty of variety of them. The game also offers you many ways to play according to your style, whether that’s running and gunning or stealthy sniping. You can put in 50 hours easily in the campaign alone. Arcade mode offers even more content with modified maps and load outs for the destruction of a crew of baddies again how you see fit. Hopefully the zombies dlc will be great also.

I bought this game blindly. Great story, amazing weapons and interesting characters!!! Had a blast playing.

Wow just wow. The story is phenomenal and the backdrop is absolutely stunning in 4k. A definite must own!
