Awesome game with pretty good graphics and the story.

This Far Cry game piqued my interest when I saw that it was set in modern day rural Montana. It's quite similar to previous Far Cry games with the open world format of doing missions, side quests, activities, hunting animals and crafting upgrades. You can also fish, customize your character and play the story in 2 player online co-op. Although it doesn't feel too different from previous games in the series, there is still plenty of fun to be had with Far Cry 5.

Off the beaten track, Far Cry 5 is strongly reminiscent of its predecessors. If you have no problem with ticking off small tasks in an Open World shooter, you can blow off steam with sufficient weapons, tools, and vehicles. But much more was expected from the now fifth Far Cry installment.

This one tries to change up the formula bit, and it does, but not in the same way that AC changed it up with Origins and Odyssey. For the most part it's the same old stuff, so if you liked the previous games you'll like this one, and if you hated them, well this ain't gonna change your mind. Instead of shooting foreigners you're shooting crazy religious domestic terrorist cult members, which may be enough to seal the deal for some. It was for me.

Super fun fast paced action. The story is great and the action is non stop

I've enjoyed the FarCry series, and would rank 3 as my favorite. 5 is a blast to play, with great mechanics and that steady drip of things to do and rewards to earn. I just wish the developers had pushed the story more, and really explored that uncomfortable area. Instead, the plot felt uneven, almost in an uncanny valley of existence. Still worth playing, for anyone who hasn't tried the series or enjoyed the other versions.

The game's plot is a little off-beat but is still interesting nonetheless. The graphics are excellent and I sometimes enjoy just walking around, driving or flying to take in the beautiful scenery. The game is plenty long but it does get repetitive after a while. Don't let that stop you from missing out on one of the best first-person shooters on the market!

Map is extensive, so much to do! the series only gets better with each game.

Map appears to be small, but there are tons of events in the areas. There is no real starting point, but each region has a storyline that sometimes forces you to complete a scene and transports you back to a location. You can go back to where you were after that. The game allows you to go pretty much where ever you want to go and to customize your character as you desire.

I bought this game because I heard through numerous websites newspapers and review that said this game was anti American, racist and other stuff, but after playing this game I am practically at the end of this game of beating that I have found nothing that would be anti American. This is my first game in the far cry series and I’m loving it it is so easy to learn but hard to master . I have a found nothing that would be controversy or racism or anything anti American in this game and believe me I’ve look I probably spent about over 100 hours in this game doing about everything in this game that could be done. This game not for people that are SJW or liberal or anybody that are easily offended because they do make fun of them but in a kind way but they made fun of everything else also. Reason why I say this is because I am from a mix,religion,culture and race. Me and my mom side of the family are all born and raised in America are Christian and on my dad side of the family they are From the country of Jordan a big Arab middle eastern Muslim country. This game is basically just stand up take back to town from crazy cult people who think that they are right and basically hate you for standing up and thinking for yourself. The game is very challenging but also fun and rewarding. It also makes you think I’m questioning yourself.

I love this game. I haven't been so engrossed in a Far Cry game since FC2.

Very good game. Good story and graphics and action. Worth playing and worth the price

While not a masterpiece by any stretch of the imagination, Farcry 5 has an engaging story, one that kept me hooked for quite a while. There are some issues, based mainly by the RNG that determines what NPC encounters happen, but it's quite fun to run around in co-op. Combat isn't quite as engaging as I prefer, but it's fun to plan with a friend how to take on an outpost or a base and how we'll both approach. A definite 4 out of 5 star game.
