    Item was 99.00 but I had 65.00 in rewards and coupons so it was an even better deal. A little loud but otherwise works great so far

    Beautiful microwave easy to use. But at the 12.5 month mark it started making grinding nosies, and the lightning!

    I don't recommend this microwave. It looks decent but it gets really hot on the outside of it. I wanted to return it but they don't give you long to find out it's bad. It was delivered on may 7th and the return period expired on may 22.

    I purchased this microwave (first time) in Jan 2022. Within 2 mos it started sounding like a car with bad brakes. Best Buy replaced it, the cust service rep was wonderful. I was excited to get my new one in March, 2022. Now, 2 mos later, this 1100 watt mucrowave won't cook a potatoe thru in 12 minutes, nor will it cook a frozen entree in 4!! Of course, my return period has ended, according to Best Buy. The ONLY thing good about this piece of garbage is it is pretty...too bad that won't cook my potatoe!

    I am returning this. The unit isn't level and it wobbles. The door is also uneven and there are little dings in the stainless trim. sigh...

    This microwave is the epitome of luxury in a mid-size microwave. The copper trim is not only beautiful, but healthy with the current emphasis on copper's ability to kill bacteria. Its settings are easy to use and the microwave runs quietly.

    Lots of features, one button to push for timed cooking or re-heating items. Couldn't believe how quiet it is. Had to double check to make sure it was working!
