    Wonderful! It takes some trial an error to find the best combination for maximum smokelessness. If you plan on using your pit all night, don't wait for the fire to die down to add more wood. It will create smoke if you plop a fresh log on a smoldering fire. My only real complaint is that the pit isn't very wide. I'd buy another if it were 24in and carry this with me for camping. Would recommend!
