Never came and it didn’t get resolved either from best buy or ups

Didn't get to try it out because it came Dented and returned the product.

The fire pit itself is made out of stainless steel and visually looks really nice. It will discolor as you use it as all stainless steel fire pits do but hopefully not too much. In the box it comes with a handle and carry bag. I use mine with smaller logs and sticks. The holes in the bottom and sides do a great job of feeding the fire and keeping the flames going. This was my biggest like about this fire pit. It was continuous flames all night with little to no effort. As it states in the description it reduces smoke and it does a pretty good job of this as long as you don't have anything sticking out of the top. If you keep the fire inside the bowl it works but if you have logs sticking out of the top, it wont help. Its very portable if you have the need to haul it around. The bottom stacks into the top and fits into the bag it comes with. I found its rather easy to clean. Simply pick it up, dump out the ash, and wipe it down. I haven't had it long enough yet but we'll see how it holds up over time. The only cons I can think of is that the design could be a little more finished and I wish it was a tad wider. Maybe in the 20" range. Most of my logs are just a hair to big for it so they stick out until they burn down. All in all its a very nice fire pit and a great addition to our patio.

I am a former firepit owner and have used my fair share of them at the houses of friends and family over the years, my main issue with a standard firepit is that over time it starts to breakdown and rust which from what I have seen isn't an issue with this piece. Having the ability to store it away while not in use makes it something that will withstand time and not fall victim to rust and deterioration like a standard pit. To say I was exciting about this is an understatement, as the weather get cooler, especially at night, I am the kind of person who wants to relax by the fire with a drink in my hand. For these reasons I am thankful for the Farenheit - Flare 17.5-in Fire Pit. It is a simple setup once you have it out of the box and it has limitless options for what you want to burn, too many leaves? This will take down that pile while you enjoy the ambiance. Old wood, wet wood at this point I have tested many kinds with no real issues to report. It is easy to travel with thanks to the included bag and rod for carrying, which is great because I am a petite person and appreciate something that not only travels, but does so easily. Overall, this is a great investment for anyone who camps regularly or just needs something for their house for nightly fires at a moments notice.

This is not a smokeless fire pit but it does an excellent job at reducing the smoke so you can sit closer and enjoy the heat more. S’mores, talking or relaxing are all easily done with this fire pit Very easy to set up and use. The thing I really like is to the carrying case it come with. Makes transporting a breeze.

Picked up the Flare 17.5 thinking it would make a nice patio firepit. Overall it doesn't do too bad a job. It gives a nice ambiance, and is easily portable with it's handle and carrying case. I struggled a lot getting it hot enough to light regular wood blocks and ended up having to get a fire log. That did the trick and was able to burn hot enough to light other pieces of wood inside the pit. It seemed to deliver pretty well on the reduced smoke part as it sent what little smoke that was produced straight up into the air vs all over. The only other real con besides the struggle getting it to light (without fluids) was that it didn't produce much warmth away from the assembly. I'd say you get a circle of warmth about 3ft around the unit. Overall it's not bad and cleans up pretty easy. So I'd recommend it for those looking for a quick fire pit setup that can be moved around with ease. The stainless steel structure itself gets very hot and so you'll want to be careful with kids and animals. My dogs didn't seem to fear it like they would any other firepit and tended to get pretty close to it.

One use and the seam at the top is already separating. Returning and looking elsewhere.

I have been looking for one of these “smokeless” portable fire pits for some time when I decided to try this one. The unit is light and comes with a travel case so you can let burn out and pack back up with no trace. This is great because you can put it anywhere. Couple of pointers. Use dry wood and keep the load small. If you stack wood to high it doesn’t effectively remove smoke. If you keep low and use dry wood there is very little smoke. Build quality is good and it’s very easy to clean. You can’t go wrong with this.

Excellent backyard addition with small footprint. Easy to move but we built a small brick patio around it because it gets too hot for comfort... though that's idea. Easy to pick up and move it to another location, which in my case, was to a cook out a my cousin's house. Had to wait a couple of hours to cool down. The included transportation bag is a nice addition. All around best small back yard fire pit.

this is perfect for our backyard with close neighbors.

I gave this fire pit a four star rating because it would get a five if it came with a lid to suffocate the fire once you want to leave (go to bed, or whatever). Great fire pit. Definitely smokeless. Works great! Good looking too. Easy to use. A bit pricey but worth it.

I really like it perfect for alm occassions. I can't wait for the next excursion now that it is the fall season.
