    MY NEW FELLOWS SHREDDER IS MUCH QUIETER THAN MY OLD ONE BUT CAN ONLY HANDLE 3 MINUTES OF SHREDDING AT A TIME. MOST OF THE TIME THIS IS FINE BUT WHEN I HAVE A LOT TO SHREDDING TO DO I HAVE TO STOP & GO A LOT.

      Hi Kazi. We are sorry you are having a poor experience. Typically this indicates the blades are dry. All cross-cut shredders require oil for peak performance. If not oiled, a machine may experience diminished sheet capacity, intrusive noise when shredding and could ultimately stop running. To avoid these problems, we recommend you oil your shredder each time you empty your waste bin. If you have not oiled your P30C with liquid shredder oil (i.e. Fellowes #35250), please do so. We hope this helps, but if you are still having problems, please reach out to customer service. We are here to help you!

    The worse shredder. It over heated before I could fill up the container. I was very disappointed in this product.
