Great quality for the price. My niece loved it until she cracked the screen. The downside is that it's not under warranty, as I assumed that Best Buy offers a lifetime warranty on electronics, which I thought this purchase would include; however, I learned that this item was bought through a third party. Please pay attention to these details. The small, fine print is tricky. Still, my laptop and my son's gaming laptop are covered, and I have had great experiences with those. I am charged to pay for shipping to have his laptop serviced, though. We end up just purchasing a monitor because he couldn't be away from the game. Customer service was helpful explaining other options to him. The Geek Squad taught us something that day. Good service.

Very nice tablet. I like that it has a keyboard and a mouse. Not the fastest tablet out there but will most definitely work for what I bought it for.
