Well, this harness makes that possible to a certain extent. It's easily adjustable and was pretty secure on my labrador retriever with a few adjustments on the straps. The camera is a bit wobbly but the video quality is stI'll very watchable. It's a winner!

The harness fits snug and our dog was walking strangely at first, but she got used to it and it doesn't seem to give her any discomfort.

It fits comfortably on our dog even when he is wearing his harness or swimming. The only downside was that the mount in the front points down too far to be of use based on our dog's body type.
