    Best Buy process was 5 star but EA sucks. I pre order the ultimate version to get specific Ones to Watch items as advertised on their website and they did not honor it. I reached out to their help chat and the passes the buck. One agent said to reach out to Sony and the other to BestBuy. This is an EA game, just get the basic game

    Never again! preorder Bonus got cancelled with no explanation or reimbursement. Store won't accept item since is open. NEVER AGAIN buying here.

    I gave it a 3/5 because this game was big improvement from the previous title. EA obviously only cares about taking your money with ultimate team, but they did improve career mode enough to have CM fans buying this game again. ROMA FC and PIEMONTE CALCIO replacing Roma and Juve is a bit disappointing as well, but if you're lucky enough to game on PC, this won't make you too upset. Overall, EA did improve but their severs for weekend league is still very bad!
