Good but Dated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been trying to get into the Final Fantasy series for a while (enjoyed XV, hated Type-0 HD, enjoying FFXII: the Zodiac Age so far) and Final Fantasy X is a mixed bag. You can definitely tell it's from an older era in games. The dreaded "Resident Evil" camera is in full effect, and even in a pretty linear game, it's not totally clear what you're supposed to do next. While the mechanics are definitely outdated, the graphics are still stunning, and the voice acting is really good. What kept me going through this kinda clunky game was the story and characters, which I enjoy a lot. Best Buy's rating system only does full stars, but I would say it's a 3 and a half.

Only downside is that there's not way to skip the conversation boxes but can't beat the price $19
