Wakka's Neighbor May Be on Drugs XD

So far no issues with gameplay/graphics/etc, except one weird instance where an NPC was kinda...rubberband stretched all over a room on Besaid island. Didn't effect anything, corrected itself when I left and came back, mostly just funny as heck. lol
