Classic game with a new twist

The main change is, instead of using a license board that can make everyone into the exact same thing, you now get classes to give some much needed variety.

Got for my 10 year old son xmas

Second Chance

Now I can try again and play it on the go. The quality of life changes also help.

He is a great fan of his Nintendo Switch and keeps up on reviews on the games for the system. This was a highly rated game and he's enjoyed playing it.

If you want to buy X/X2 for the switch, make sure you buy the Asian version as the US version doesn't have X2 on the cart

In 2019 gamers have gotten used to the format and it is far more accessible now than it has ever been.

Very different from my favorite Final Fantasies

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been getting into the Final Fantasy games in the last year, starting with 7, 7 Remake, and 9 - all fabulous. 12 is very, very different - with much more of an MMO approach. I think there's a lot of depth to it, but it's going to take a long time to unravel. I'm not a fan of the level design, which feels samey and mazelike.
