The Switch version is the best way to play FFXII, and it looks very beautiful for such an old total (originally released on the PS2 but re-mastered). If you haven't experienced this title, you should. Plus, Gambits are awesome in this game.

Great game and The convenience of playing it on the switch oled makes it that much better. Highly recommend it. Got on a sale for 19.99. At that price cant go wrong.

I played the original on PS2 so I had good memories of the game, this version looks more clean and polished, from the textures to the UI. I recommend it, it's dialog heavy but it has great characters.

I personally tried it with PlayStation 2 and with PlayStation 4 and thought I would give it one last go with switch Portable. It was a great decision to wait. Well recommended. Just wish it was traditional turn based menu driven combat

This game is a little different from most of the other Final Fantasy games in terms of battle system. However, the story is definitely one of the better ones. I'd look at some game play videos before deciding on this title.

This is an excellent game, many hours of fun in a great console at a good price.

One of the best final fantasy games. Has always been one of my favorites. I love the fact that you can speed up the game play on command and all the other small additions over the years.

Very good game! Like that it has better HD graphics and some things have improved. Like increase in battle tempo. Overall had a great time playing.. definitely one of the best in the FF series.

If you enjoyed FFXII the first time around, it is still good, and the option to increase speed 2 or 4 times makes grinding levels so much faster. Kind of pricey at full for a remake, but if you can grab it on sale it is worth it.

I own this on the PS2, but never finished it. The original is fun, but the oddly balanced characters, grinding and slow traveling really got on my nerves. The Switch version is the Zodiac version. This version forces you to pick classes inorder to balance (specialize) your team. It also has a much need double speed (or 4x speed) button that makes traveling so much easier.... and fun. The game is pretty much the same, but so much better in mobile format. Id give the original a 7.5 rating and this one an 8.5 just because of the convenience and improvements. This game is long. And i am looking forward to completing it over the next month or two. Thia game is a definite buy for any JRPG gamer or final fantasy fan.

As usual, another great game ported to the switch. Interesting addition to the final fantasy library as this plays more like an MMO than a tradition game in the series. Not for everyone but they did a great job porting it.

This is a remastered port to the Nintendo Switch. A fun and lengthy Jrpg with good story elements and characters. A good addition to the collection.

Originally game was from ps2, and it ported over really well, with the nostalgic feeling still intact, game has a multiple speed options to run through the game at any pace. A great final fantasy game to play

Wonderful addition to the switch lineup. I don't remember much about playing it the first time around but am starting to recall bits and pieces, it's still a great story with great characters and world.

Final Fantasy classics never fails to amazes me. I love that I could revisited my childhood and experiences new features that have been added to this game. Amazing! I would tell everyone to get it.

This game is awesome. I’ve put so many hours into it. Fran and Balthier are reason enough to play but the combat is fun and very different from other final fantasy titles.

This game is a great port of the original. I have played through about 50% of it and it is great on the Switch. It doesn’t lose anything when it is on the hand held instead of a large tv.

Game plays great, in good condition. Solid game for the switch, changes to the system over the original make it fresh, and you don't get locked into your choices for the whole game. Great RPG itch scratcher.
